Puck opened his apartment door and looked at the police officers in front of him.

"Noah Puckerman?"

"Uh... yeah..." Puck muttered.

"Can we come in?"

"What's this about?" Puck wondered.

"Quinn Fabray."

"Quinn Fabray?" Puck repeated, furrowing his eyebrows.

"Can we come in?"

"I'll step out." Puck decided as he stepped into the hallway, pulling his door shut behind him. "Is Quinn okay?"

"When was the last time you spoke to Miss Fabray?"

"Sophomore year of high school." Puck answered. "Four years ago."

"Miss Fabray was recently in a car accident."

Puck furrowed his eyebrows.

"While she and her mother are focused on her recovery, we decided it's in her child's best interest to go into a foster home. Until we found you."

"Her child? What are you talking about?" Puck asked.

"Your daughter."

"Daughter?" Puck laughed. "I don't have a daughter. Are you even real cops?"

One of the police officers handed Puck a photo of a young blonde girl. "She has the same last name as you."

"And you're listed as the father on her birth certificate."

"Quinn never told me she was pregnant." Puck said softly, taking the photo and looking for similarities between the girl and himself.

"We know this is a lot to take in."

"But we also assumed you wouldn't want your daughter going into foster care."

"Yeah, no of course not." Puck replied. "So when is she coming?"

"Before any long-term arrangements are made, you should fly out to meet her."

"I'll get on the next flight out."
