Quinn knocked on the front door of the Puckerman house and waited for an answer.

"Noah, it's me." Quinn called as she knocked on the front door of Puck's house again. "Open the door."

The door opened and Puck stood there looking at the blonde.

"Finn told me about your nana." Quinn said, pulling Puck into a hug. "I'm so sorry."

"Thanks." Puck muttered, holding onto Quinn.

When they parted, Quinn let herself inside.

"You could've called me." Quinn told Puck.

"I didn't wanna bother you. Sorry." Puck apologized.

Quinn shook her head. "Where's Beth?"

"She's still with Finn's mom." Puck replied. "I was just gonna go get her for dinner and get her ready for bed."

"I'll get her in a little bit." Quinn decided, looking at Puck.

Puck nodded.

"Are you okay?" Quinn questioned Puck. "What can I do?"

"I'm okay." Puck responded. "You know, she was old."

"It's okay if you're not." Quinn stated. "You two were close."

"Are you okay?" Puck wondered. "You spent a lot of time with her when you were pregnant. Hell, she liked you more than she liked me."

"She didn't." Quinn insisted. "She loved you so much, Noah."

Puck nodded slowly.

"I'm really sorry." Quinn apologized again. "If you need anything, or if there's anything I can do, I'm here for you."

Quinn opened the door to the Puckerman house and looked at Finn and Santana.

"Hey."

"Hey." Santana replied as Finn greeted Quinn with a hug. "Where is he?"

"He's getting Beth ready for bed." Quinn explained as she and Finn parted. "But come in."

Finn led Santana inside and looked at Quinn. "How's he doing?"

"He's holding it together, but he's upset." Quinn shrugged. "Beth's a good distraction."

"Yeah." Santana agreed. "His nana was the only one in his family who looked out for him."

"Yeah." Quinn said. "She was the only one who saw the good in him, besides Sarah."

Finn nodded as Puck returned. "Hey, man. We're sorry about your Nana."

"Thanks." Puck replied as he looked at Quinn. "Beth's down."

"Thank you." Quinn smiled slightly. "Do you need anything?"

"I'm good." Puck promised, looking at Finn and Santana.

"We should go." Santana decided, knowing Puck well enough to know that's what he needed. "We'll see you guys in school."

"See you."

"I'll walk you out."

-

When Finn and Santana were gone, Quinn locked the door and went upstairs to Puck's bedroom. She lightly knocked on the open door.

"Hey."

"Hey." Puck repeated.

"What do you wanna eat?" Quinn wondered. "I'll go grab us something."

"I'm good." Puck replied.

"Are you sure?" Quinn asked.

"I'm sure." Puck nodded.

Quinn nodded back. "Do you mind if I stay?"

Puck furrowed his eyebrows.

"I wanna be with you and Beth." Quinn said.

"You don't have to do all that." Puck noted.

"What?" Quinn questioned Puck.

"I haven't been the best friend to you." Puck pointed out. "I wasn't a good boyfriend to you, and I'm barely a good parent with you, and-"

"Stop it." Quinn cut Puck off as she joined him on the bed. "You're a good friend and a good dad, Noah. You know that."

Puck looked at Quinn.

"Despite whatever's happened between us, you have never stopped being a good dad." Quinn added.

Puck didn't say anything.

"I'm gonna stay." Quinn decided. "Not because I think you need me, but because I need to be here with my family."

"Okay." Puck said. "Stay."

"Okay."

-

"Noah, if you need anything today..."

"I know." Puck nodded. "And thank you."

Quinn nodded back. She watched as Puck got Beth out of the car and put her on his hip. He closed the car door and offered his free hand to Quinn, who happily held it.

"Let's go say goodbye to Nana."
