"Noah!"
"Yeah?" Puck called as he got up to find Quinn. "Everything okay?"
"No." Quinn shook her head. "My mom just called me."
"So?" Puck asked.
"So." Quinn repeated. "She and my dad want us to bring Beth to Lima for a few weeks since she's off for the summer."
"Tell her we're busy." Puck suggested.
"I tried." Quinn explained. "I tried every lie I could think of, and none of them worked."
"So we're going?" Puck concluded.
Quinn shook her head. "We need to think of something else."
"Tell them Beth has a summer camp or something." Puck replied.
"Ooh, that's good." Quinn told Puck. "That might work."
"I'm gonna go pick Beth up." Puck decided. "I'll let you know if I come up with something better."
"Okay." Quinn nodded.
"I don't get why you're so afraid to tell them you're pregnant anyway." Puck stated as he grabbed his wallet and put his shoes on. "You're an adult. They can't hurt you the way they did last time."
"I know." Quinn shrugged.
"And no matter what, I got you." Puck added, kissing Quinn's cheek before leaving the apartment.

Puck carefully rolled out of bed and went to the apartment door. He opened it and furrowed his eyebrows at the sight of Quinn's parents.
"Mr. and Mrs. Fabray? It's, like, six o'clock in the morning. What are you doing here?"
"I told Quinny we were coming." Judy answered.
"What are you doing here?" Russell asked.
"I, uh... Let me go see if Quinn's awake, so I can tell her you're here." Puck decided. "Wait here."
Before the Fabrays could argue, Puck closed the apartment door and hurried back to the bedroom.
"Q." Puck whispered.
"Mmm." Quinn murmured.
"Sorry." Puck apologized. "I gotta tell you something."
Quinn groaned. "What time is it?"
"It's early." Puck warned Quinn. "But, babe, your parents are here."
Quinn opened her eyes and looked at Puck.
"I can tell them that you're not up to buy you some time." Puck offered.
"Yeah." Quinn said. "Yeah, do that."
"I'll take them to breakfast." Puck added.
"I'll make this up to you." Quinn replied.
Puck nodded and got dressed. He fixed his hair with his hands and put on some cologne before grabbing his wallet and phone. He left the room, locking and closing the door behind him.
Puck returned to the apartment door and opened it. "Sorry about that. The girls are asleep, but if you're hungry, I can take you to breakfast?"
"Breakfast would be great." Judy nodded.
"I'll leave your bags here and then we'll go." Puck said.
"Okay."
-
"So." Russell began after they ordered their food. "What are you doing at my daughter's apartment at six o'clock in the morning?"
"I was up late last night watching movies with Beth." Puck explained.
