I think I know what I can do. It's something I haven't tried before.

Separating my feelings from the person.

Separating them makes things easier for me. It's like a chemical manipulation. And if I do then I see things in a completely different way.

So now I don't have to become desperate or anxious... I don't have to carry any of those feelings with me, because nothing is even happening :D!

It's all in my head, and if it's just in my head that means it's not really there at all! So I was worrying for nothing!!!

And now I can enjoy the memories :D!!!
