«We are still alive...» Orlando whispers in disbelief. «We are still alive!». He repeats victoriously and hugs Sentinekka, who kindly returns the gesture.
«I was thinking... I understand you're not an extreme type. So, what do you like to do?» the girl asks, intrigued. She would like to know more about her friend. The two seem to be so much similar, and she'd love to understand the reason pf this funny thing.
«Oh! I like music... And helping people of my Village!».
Sentinekka gasps. She also really liked helping out in her village with tasks. «Me too!».
They both scream excitedly. «Lend a hand to those in need!» they exclaim in chorus. How beautiful! They both also have the same passions!
The girl also loves music, the people of her village have always heard her singing or seen her dancing... Since she was a really little girl!
She remembers the traditional shows that she and her peers used to do on special occasions: simple ballets once, but now Sentinekka can dance really well.
Orlando then exclaims:«And the crabs? What do you think about them? I really like them!».
«My family has been raising them for years! Every two years we release the older ones except one, who has lived with us since before I was born! His name is Otakio, he is adorable! You should meet him!» she says, softened.
Orlando says:«I like them a lot too! The bad thing is that they are a good source of food...».

Sentinekka freezes. «Huh?» she asks, worried. What does he mean? The crabs...?
«It's just... People eat them...» Orlando lets out a nervous laugh and explains. He understood that he had said something that she didn't like at all.
Yes. He traumatized her. That's no good...
How can people harm such beautiful creatures? Why should they eat them? Are they even edible?! Sentinekka has no idea what to say or do, sniffling even though she isn't crying. It's because of the cold, she's having a cold due to the snow and the Valley and all...
She takes off her mask for whatever reason, maybe to show her friend how shocked she is.
Her little eyes seem dull under the light of day, but they shine with emotion.
Orlando stutters, in difficulty:«Um... I... I didn't know that people in your Village didn't eat crabs... Uh...». He then ends up asking something different, to make the girl forget the previous conversation:«W...Where are you from...?».
«People call it the... The "Starting Point"» the Child replies while sitting on the long bench.
Orlando is surprised. She's not talking about the Isle... People call the first realm by name, not by some nickname.
«The... The Homespace?!» he exclaims, confused.
She shakes her head. «No, no! An island near the so-called "Homespace", I suppose. It is a place far from the other realms».
«What is the name of your island?».
«Its name has been lost over the centuries. We inhabitants just call it Home...».
«S...So you don't have an Elder? Or other Gods or demigods? N...Not even a leader, a ruler?» Orlando asks. He scratches his head, confused. He should stop stuttering, but he doesn't know what to say.
«We don't need a commander. We are autonomous and peaceful!».

The two stopped talking a while ago, even thought they often smile at each other. They have entered a structure with colors that change from dark red to brownish and white. A pedestal with white candles and two closed gates are the details that attract the most their attention.
«This is not the temple... Is it?» Sentinekka asks her friend, curious.
«No. This is a kind of a start for a race that will take us to a place called Coliseum. From there we will reach the temple of the two Elders» he explains, unsure. «I don't know if I'm saying the right things... I don't remember much, t... The people who tried to help me to reach the Valley left me before telling me more...».
«Don't worry» a voice says behind them. She is a girl of about their age, with shoulder-length hair that resembles large wool threads; she is wearing a black tunic with orange ribbons and wears a dawn-colored cloak. «You are right. This is what must be done to reach the two Elders, the Twins of the Valley of Triumph!».
She is fourteen years old, and her name is Judylia. Despite that, everyone calls her Judy in the Village of Dreams.
