A familiar voice casually distracts her. It's a male and almost silent voice, not similar to Ojtaro's one. It's...
«Please, you don't understand! I need to come back home, your descendant is my brother! I beg you, let me reach my family again!» the voice keeps talking to someone, seven silhouettes with different heights that she instantly recognizes.
The Melancholy Mope...? Horand is talking to the Elders...? Horand is there?!
Sentinekka tells the King to stay still with a gesture and instantly runs towards Horand, who can't notice her until she reaches him.
«Horand, what are you doing here?!» she exclaims, worried. She immediately takes his hands and hugs him for some seconds. He looks concerned and scared.
«Sentinekka?! What are you doing here?!» he shouts with an incredulous face. «We all thought you were dead, your ray of the Friendship candle faded away!».
«So you didn't receive any of my letters...? Not even one?» she asks him with a shocked face. «I wrote two letters where I explained everything about death and rebirth in the Eye of Eden! Don't tell me they really didn't come! I was hoping for them to arrive, despite everything and...». She stares at him in confusion and waits for a normal answer that could make sense.
In the vision she saw, Ojtaro was crying. If he had received the letters, he would have known about death and rebirth.
Not even one of her messages came.
Indeed, he answers:«We didn't receive them...».
«Oh, no! That's not possible!»
«I swear, no letters came to us! Ojtaro was in despair, he...».
«Horand...» she interrupts him. «I saw a vision, your brother was crying, and it happened some time ago. Why are you here and not by his side?».
The boy takes a while to reply. He sighs and finally explains:«We can say that Ojtaro kinda killed me... But!» he stops Sentinekka with a gesture of his dark hands to make sure she won't interrupt him and continues:«He didn't do it on purpose. When I was younger, I became weaker because of Darkness and Ojtaro is made of magic... So, when we met each other, no one knew that he was going to be dangerous for me. That's what happened, and it's not his fault... Now I'm trying to convince the Elders to make me come back home to help Ojtaro, but they won't let me go!».
In the meanwhile, the deities are staring at them. They look quite surprised for being a bunch of creatures who always deal with magic.
Sentinekka, after that confession, feels that she should tell everything too.
«I must explain something too: I went in Eden to save my friend, sure thing... But also to help somebody else». She turns towards Lamed and tells her:«My Elder: I can say that I did what you wanted me to do».
She rises her right arm with the confusion of every Elder except Lamed, who puts her hands on her chest, and calls for the person she took here, and he reaches the group with a slow and royal walk. The King goes behind Sentinekka and puts a hand on her shoulder in silence.
«I went in Eden to save my friend Judylia, to save the King of Eden, to solve the problems between the Elders, to set Ojtaro free from his role and to take the Love to it's real place» Sentinekka announces with pride in her eyes and a confident stare. Everyone is looking straight at her in shock and amazement. They look like statues.
«Sentinekka...» Horand whispers. «You...».
«Enough!». Tsadi's voice breaks the quiet. He's mad at the girl and at the King. But at Lamed the most.
The Elder of the Wastelands takes out his spear and points it against the Child, who glares at him terrified. «You weren't even supposed to be still alive!» he shouts at her with anger in his voice... But with fear in his eyes.
Sentinekka looks closer at his expression: the Elder is scared.
The others, instead, are just looking at the scene. Daleth tries to interjects, but Lamed stops him and whispers to him something that only Sentinekka is able to hear:«She Can Change Everyone And Everything».
Lamed is right.
Before Horand tries to place himself before Sentinekka to protect her, she puts a hand in front of the spear and slowly makes the Elder put it away. No one knows where this courage comes from. Never disobey an Elder. People must be scared of them.
