[ [ Ojtaro and the others always hoped for a letter from Sentinekka to come. But, sadly, no messages came. Everyone started to get worried, they all began to think about different reasons and they all tried to send birds to the Eden.
Unfortunately, there weren't news about her. And no one ever dared to go to the Vault Elder, so she wasn't able to tell them the truth. So was for Guwa.
Oh, how much time passed now? Almost a month since the end of the Season of Passage... But none of the girl's friends are losing hope. And they never will.
Meanwhile, the only thing that can say something about Sentinekka's life is shining brightly on a stone of the Valley of Triumph's Coliseum: a friendship candle. ] ]

-----

When many people know each other, their friendship candles start to unite and, all together, they become one beautiful white candle. Each colored ray represents a different member of the group. There can be different colors: yellow, green, blue, pink, red, purple... Even shades of these colors.

But, when a member goes away, disappears or even dies... The ray that symbolized them fades away. And no one knows if it can actually come back. Not many people returned after escaping the life of their friendship candle. Not many cases are known.

Here they both are: Symphony and Ojtaro are looking at the candle, which shows the friendship between them, Orlando, Judy, Timur, Auntie Mona and Yashi. Well, Tewezo and Youssef too, actually, but their rays aren't bright as the others.

Ojtaro's ray is red. Strange, since he always had to deal with more elegant colors as blue or gold. He never thought about red. Instead, Symphony's part is yellow as the Prairie's butterflies, a color that actually fits her style.

Sentinekka's ray is of a beautiful orange. It was of a beautiful orange.

«How can you be sure about it...?» he asks her with a concerned and shocked tone. «Maybe... Maybe the wind just turned it off and...».

«It did not» Symphony underlines. Her voice sounds broken, and her hands are trembling. They are both looking at the place where the orange ray was before its disappearance. «The wind cannot unalive a magical flame, idiot!».

He doesn't have the time to add something; Symphony just flies away while some tears are falling down her mask, the same mask she was wearing when Ojtaro met her and Sentinekka for the first time.

The boy doesn't call for her. Who needs her? He does not. He doesn't need her help to handle this terrible information. No one can help him.

She probably went to tell everything to the Village, and he must do the same with his family. They should know about this, so they'll at least try to make him feel better... But he doesn't feel like doing that. This is too much, and it can't be ignored.

He just walks towards the white candle and he slowly takes it, his whole body trembling and feeling weak. He holds it tightly for some seconds, then that gesture becomes a little and tiny hug. How can this be possible...? She was supposed to come back, she even promised.

He feels his soul breaking into thousand pieces of something that could be whatever people want: glass, Light, even Darkness, but it actually is and always be his heart.
