The Priestess of the Valley, who had the Twins as children, died. But the King didn't kill her... Ojtaro told me he did, but he was wrong. That's surprising. I thought that he knew everything about the past... But he never did.
The Priestess died because the Darkness began to come back, he wanted revenge. It poisoned her, and everything changed that same day, after centuries of peace. The Elders started fighting, they became cruel. The Twins were kids, someone had to take care of them. It was Lamed.
Sadly, I don't know more for now. The book was a really heavy brick, and that's what I could read for now, but I'll continue it, don't worry! See ya!
-----
Now that she wrote everything and that she relived the memory, collected enough Light and forged a candle, she only has to reach the meditation point at the last floor.
What is awaiting her? Huh, who knows! One thing is sure: the Elder Lamed is searching for her, for some reason.
Sentinekka walks slowly. Her steps can barely be heard by someone. She feels relaxed in that realm, the silence is surrounding her and making her feel free and calm.
-----
«Finally. I knew you would come, young girl» Lamed turns to her, staying in her rigid and elegant position. «Your Light is too kind and pure to forget about a meeting like this one».
Sentinekka bows down, even thought she doesn't know why. «Were you searching for me? Is there something that you might want to tell me?» she asks the Elder. She's feeling a little nervous and scared. What could a deity want from her? Yeah, Ojtaro is going to be an Elder too, but that's a different situation. Staying with Oj' doesn't scare her. She feels happy when they are together.
«I know you've found the little gift I've decided to put on your bed. Do you like it?».
It was her?
«I... I do, my Elder» Sentinekka looks down at the greenish and lovely grass. «But why did you send it to me?».
«Keep reading the last pages here, dear. Only when you'll understand everything I'll tell you».
Sentinekka obeys. She takes the heavy book and opens it at the last page her eyes saw.
Her mind discovers that, after the Priestess's death, everyone thought that the King Alef, who then changed his name in Resh, killed her. They said it was his fault...
And it was the last drop.
The King went in his realm and never came out. Lamed closed the doors of the Vault for everyone except the Twins. And after the wars organized by Tsadi to try to save the Kingdom and its Ruler, all the Elders closed the gates to their realms. They all were mad and angry with each other, and the King was the most vengeful of them all... But he did not want the Darkness to explode like it did.
«He was...» Sentinekka tries to talk, but the words don't come out. If he was made of Pure Light...
«Dying. Darkness entered in his blood after it started to go around... And he couldn't take it» Lamed tells her, while reaching her. «I want you to...».
Lamed closes the book to get Sentinekka's attention. «Could you... Go and save him? Please, he needs you, he needs a young Light that has a good heart inside... And I've seen you... You've always been so sweet with...».
«Oj'?» Sentinekka asks her, while bringing her hands together on her chest.
«I know that you already feel something... You are the first one, you know...» the Elder tells her, not moving. «If you save the King... You might set Ojtaro free... But only if you...».
«When do I start?».
Lamed smiles. She takes the book from her hands, makes it disappear and answers:«Whenever you want, but don't say much. It sounds bad, but you must lie».
«What?».
«People will try to stop you. Say that you have to save a friend. You have to, anyways».
Sentinekka gasps. «Judylia».
