Electricity was crackling.
Hunter was being tortured with electric shock. He gritted his teeth as CX-2 continued to push on with Hemlock's methods.
Hemlock smirked as he watched Hunter suffer. The electric shock was paused and Hemlock moved closer. Hunter was panting as he started to become aware of his surroundings again. He looked around, not caring that he was strapped to the machine.
"The last time we crossed paths." Hemlock was talking but Hunter continued to look around. He saw Wrecker and Crosshair but Aurora was absent. He had a small sigh of relief. "You had just lost a member of your squad." Hunter looked at Hemlock. "And it appears history may repeat itself." Hemlock looked to the other two strapped in the machines. "CT-9904 resisted my conditioning in the past, but I've made alterations to my methods." Hunter's head started to feel foggy. "If you all survive, you will make fine operatives, and if not, well, there's no shortage of clones to test on next."
"We'll survive." Hunter said. "But you won't. I won't break."
Hemlock sighed. "You say that now, but what happens when we find her." Hunter looked down to see Hemlock twirling a ring in his hand. "Tell me, Hunter, did you ever picture a future with her? Discuss expanding the family with her? Oh how the possibilities seem endless when you think you have found the one."
"If you hurt her." Hunter growled.
Hemlock smiled. "I wonder how well she'll do under torture. Will she survive like you claim you all will? What was her name again? Aurora? Was it? You see she has another alias that I know her by but apparently she's died so, so long ago. Such a pretty face Aurora has." Hunter struggled in the machine he was strapped in. "Did I hit a nerve, Hunter?" He paused. "Tell me, how much are you going to break knowing that you cannot save her once she is in my grasp. Imagine the pain you are going to feel when I slowly drain the life from her. Will you survive then?" Hemlock dropped the ring on the ground.
The clone manning the machine turned it back on and Hunter couldn't help but scream out in pain. Someone walked in.
"Doctor, there is an incoming transmission from Governor Tarkin." The Imperial officer said.
Hemlock didn't say anything. He watched Hunter screaming for another moment before turning around and walking out of the room with the clone, Scorch, behind him, but then he paused and turned to the special clones.
"Find the woman, Aurora, I want her alive." He said and looked at Hunter. "But if she gives you a hard time... I'm sure you can tame a spoiled princess." He continued walking away.

Aurora was crouched in front of a door. Echo opened it and together the two of them shot the clones standing guard. Echo moved in first and picked up some blasters. Aurora and Omega copied him.
"Are the prisoners nearby?" Aurora asked.
"Around the corner." Echo said and the girls followed him.
Echo peaked around the prison cell and he didn't see any guards. The clone prisoners, however, stood up in the cells when they saw the three of them run up to the controls.
Two clones came running and Aurora shot one while Echo shot the other but more clones came running down his hall. Aurora crouched and shot them with Echo.
"Omega, get them free." Aurora ordered.
Omega slid the data pad into the panel. "Hey, kid!" A clone prisoner called out. "What's going on?"
"We're breaking out." Omega said.
"Hope you boys can fight." Aurora added as Echo got all the cell doors unlocked.
