"Return to Paradise Manor."

Xie Lian and Hua Cheng spent the next few days in the heavenly capital, enjoying a rare period of peace and tranquility. They spent their days exploring the various temples and shrines, and their nights wrapped up in each other's arms, each moment filled with laughter and sweet embraces.

As much as Xie Lian and Hua Cheng would have enjoyed to stay in the heavenly capital indefinitely, they knew that it was time for them to return to the ghost realm.

Reluctantly, they packed up their belongings and said their goodbyes to the various heavenly officials they had met during their stay.

After saying their goodbyes to the heavenly officials, Xie Lian and Hua Cheng made their way back to Paradise Manor, the ghost king's luxurious estate in the ghost realm.

As they walked through the gates of the manor, Xie Lian couldn't help but feel a pang of nostalgia. It had been a while since they had been back here, and he had missed the familiar sights and smells of the place that had become their home together.

When they made their way back to Paradise Manor, Xie Lian couldn't help but take in the sights and sounds of the ghost realm around them. They passed through bustling streets filled with ghosts of all shapes and sizes, some of whom recognized the couple and offered them a friendly greeting.

Xie Lian was struck by the stark contrast between the heavenly realm and this place, the former filled with order and structure while the latter seemed to thrive on chaos and mayhem.

Once they arrived at Paradise Manor, Xie Lian was struck by the sight of the sprawling estate. The gardens were in full bloom, the trees and flowers swaying gently in the breeze. The building itself was a grand and glorious structure, its red and black facade towering above the surroundings.

Hua Cheng led Xie Lian inside, leading him to their private quarters.

The rooms were just as Xie Lian remembered them, filled with a mix of traditional and modern furnishings, all in a rich and opulent style that suited the surroundings perfectly. Hua Cheng led Xie Lian to their bedchambers, which were furnished in tones of red and black, with soft carpets and silk bedclothes that invited one to sink into the softness.

Hua Cheng sat down heavily on the edge of the bed, rubbing his forehead wearily.

"Tell me about it," he groaned. "That trip was a real pain in the ass. I'm exhausted."

Xie Lian chuckled sympathetically, sitting down beside Hua Cheng.

"I know what you mean," he said, leaning against his significant other. "But it's nice to be back home, isn't it?"

Hua Cheng nodded, wrapping an arm around Xie Lian's shoulder.

"Yeah, it is," he admitted. "There's nothing quite like being back in our own bed, far away from all those annoying officials in the heavenly realm."

Xie Lian smiled. "You did seem pretty fed up with them by the end there," he said. "Didn't you have a few choice words for that one official, what was his name...?"

Hua Cheng chuckled at the memory. "Oh, you mean that jackass who kept going on and on about how the heavenly realm was better than the ghost realm in every way? Yeah, I had a few things to say to him, alright."

Xie Lian laughed. "I'll bet you did," he said. "I kind of wanted to punch him in the face myself, to be honest."

Hua Cheng leaned back against the headboard of the bed, pulling Xie Lian down with him. He wrapped his arms around the god's slender frame, holding him close.
