The Grimstone Tower Pt. 5
"How many drinks of alcohol do you consume a week?"
"One." Morgrim says.
"That's it? Just one drink?"
"One shelf."

A/N: That's right peeps! I love writing Morgrim so much he’s the first antagonist to have a backstory! Yeah, yeah, he’s (probably) an asshole.
I tried to include his backstory as a flashback as he fought Solene in the previous chapter, but I want to dive deep into detail so I went with my initial plan of dedicating a chapter just to him alone.
And before you skip this chapter (since no Golden Dawn characters or Solene or Sophia are in this), I must tell you, YOU MIGHT REGRET IT. Should I just remind you again that everything can be important to this book?
I also didn't label this as an FYI chapter, because IT IS THAT IMPORTANT I have to put this in the main story. This was supposed to be an FYI, just stating facts about Morgrim, but then it got too detailed so I figured I’d make it a chapter long flashback.
So yeah, enjoy! dahpeter20 this for you!
P.S: The author also loves Greek mythology, so there you have it.

“OHHHH! Right there! It feels so good! Keep going, darling!” A breathless moan escaped from Morgrim’s lips as ecstasy filled him.
He felt a tingling touch, a sensational feeling sending him to the heavens as he felt a hand softly moved on his back in a circular motion, exhaling in satisfaction.
He was there in the chamber of his palace, or actually in his father’s palace, where he pleasured himself with the luxurious, exclusive massage from his exquisite servants. To add to his enjoyment, more women, clothed in the finest dark silk dresses flowing to their toes, played the harp and the flute, while the other women fanned him with flabella, which were large, hand-held fans made up of feathers.
A knock rang on the door.
“You may come in.” He said, groaning. No one shall interrupt his delightful moment with his ladies.
“Sire, your father is at the door,” The servant said.
The door burst open, and there came a tall man, almost seven feet tall. He was muscular but lean, like a warrior built to dominate the battlefield. He had the same aura as Morgrim, topped with the same features of: dark hair cut in middle length, gray eyes, a dark cloak covering his body, and wings. He had huge, black wings folded on his back.
In comparison to the laid back Morgrim, Thanatos, the God of Death—if not the personification of death he was—had a more stern personality unlike his son.
“Have you not heard your summons? Rise, Morgrim. Lord Hades calls for you at his palace.” He said, his voice filled with booming authority as its deep sound made Morgrim sprung to his feet in an instant.
