Ch.279 First Round of Chemo

Leia is home from the hospital. Snow White and Charming were with their grandchildren often tending to them, knowing Emma and Killian were tending to Leia in her recovery. Most of the town have been dropping by with meals and gifts for Leia. Emma and Killian were not letting a lot of visitors around Leia since she was now immunocompromised. She and Killian were grateful for everyone's support. Ever since Leia has been home from the hospital, her recovery have been very painful. Henry and Hope were keeping their sister company and cheering her up. Even baby Ian wanted to be with his sister. Ava came by to be with Leia giving Emma and Killian time to rest and tend to their other children.

Not too long after Leia returned home from the hospital, she had to return for her chemo treatment. Emma packed a bag for Leia's chemotherapy. Hope clung to her Mommy. "Stay home, Mommy."

"I need to bring Leia to her doctor. She is going to hve a strong medicine to stop her cancer."

Hope was crying. "Why cannot she have her medicine here?"

"Because this medicine is very strong and it is a very big needle. It is only given in the hospital."

"Want you and Leia here."

"I want to be here with you and Leia. But Leia needs this strong special medicine to stop her cancer from spreading."

"I want Leia not sick."

"She will get better soon." She hugged her daughter. "When I come home we will have our girl time. You are going to have a fun morning with Nana."

Snow White was holding Leia seeing Hope upset. "Nana. Stay."

"We will make a fairy house when you come home."

"Yay!" Leia smiles big and hugs her Nana. She carried her granddaughter downstairs.

"Little love, time for us to go."

"Dada!" He takes his daughter from his mother-in-law. "Bye, Nana."

"Bye, baby princess." She kissed her granddaughter on the cheek. Emma carried a bag. "Emma." She hugged her daughter. "She is going to be okay."
"Thank you, Mom."

Hope goes to her Nana seeing her sister and their parents go in the car. "Leia."

Snow White holds her granddaughter. "She is going to be okay. How about we got Granny's for breakfast?"

"Henwy and Ian?"

"They went to August's shop to make a wood project. We are going to have one on one time."

"Gwanny's then we can go get our nails done."

Snow White smiles big. "Great idea!" They went into town.

In the cancer floor, Leia was crying when she was getting the needle in her arm. "Dada...Dada..."

Killian was hugging his daughter on his lap in a gown and mask. "You need your needle, littlest love." He was in tears. "I am sorry you need it..."
"Home."

"We are going to go home soon."

Emma arrives in with a gown on, knowing Killian is going through torture of his daughter getting chemo. "There is my butterfly."

"Mama, owie. Home."

"We are going to go home soon." She held Leia and wrapped her around her butterfly blanket.

"Out." She raised her arm.

"You need it, little love."

"Home."

He faced his daughter. "After this, we are going to go on the Jolly Roger."

Leia smiles."Jolly Woger!"
