Ch.254 Extended Stay

It was Monday morning, Emma was sleeping with Henry, Hope, Leia, and Ian. Ava was sleep on the couch. Killian woke up Hope early in the morning. "Daddy?"

"I am going to drive you to school, little love."

"Too early."

"You will sleep in the car."

Emma wakes up seeing Hope getting dressed at 4:00 o'clock in the morning. "Hopey."

"Daddy is going take me to school."

She gets out of bed and helped her daughter get ready. Emma walks over to her husband who made coffee. "Killian?"

"Morning, love."

"You are going to drive Hope to school?"

"Yes, I will stay in town and bring Hope here."

"You would do that. We do not know how long we will be here. You will be tired."

"I will bring our daughter to school. I do not want her to miss any school."

"Daddy! I am weady."

Emma hugged her daughter. "Be a good girl in school. I will see you after school." She kissed her daughter on the cheek.

"I will!"

He takes Hope's backpack and holds her on his hip. "Bye, love."

"Bye, honey."They kiss.

Killian opens the door. "Bye, Mommy!"

"Bye, Hope." Killian went to the yellow bug and drove his daughter to Maine. Luckily, there was no traffic early in the morning. They stopped for breakfast at Dunkin Donuts. Hope was sleeping the whole entire car ride. He walked with Hope into kindergarten. "Daddy, my cubby."

"This is where you put your backpack and jacket."

"Yes!" She puts her backpack and sweatshirt in her cubby.

"Hello, Hope. Hello, Mr.Jones."

"Miss Kelly, I was in Boston wif Henwy!" She goes to Melody.

"Hello,you can call me Killian." He shook his daughter's teacher's hand. "I just drove Hope here from Boston. We are staying in Boston for the time being taking care of Henry."

"How is Henry?"

"He is doing better slowly recovering. No broken bones, thank goodness. Emma and I are keeping a close eye on him due to his concussion. We are not sure how long be there. For the time being, I will be driving Hope to and from Boston for school."

"I will understand if Hope is late. She is getting dismissed at 2:00 'clock. It is a full day."

"What time is her lunchtime?"

"11:00' clock."

"I will bring her lunch. Hope."

Hope goes to her Daddy and hugs him. "Daddy."

"I will be back with your lunch. Be good little lass to Miss Kelly."

"I behave in big school Daddy." He kissed his daughter on the head and left the classroom.

In Boston, Ian was having his morning nap, Leia was playing with Ava. Emma was taking care of Henry. "Where is Hope?"

"Killian took Hope to school."

"He did?"

"Yes. I think he figured since we are both on maternity relief, he would drive Hope to Maine for school as long as we are here. Thank you for helping out."
