Ch.290 Killian's Birthday

Killian has been with Leia with her week treatment at the hospital. He and Emma have been taking turns being with their daughter. When Killian was with Leia in the hospital, Emma and Henry were planning a surprise party for his birthday. Henry gave his parents a break, being with his baby sister in the pediatric children's ward. He would read her stories, play board games in the children's play area and texted his parents updates on his iPhone.

On Killian's birthday January 26th, Killian wakes up to Ian's screaming next to him as he was chewing on a toy. "Ian."

"Dada!" He hugged his father. "Appy!"

"Thank you for your big hug."

"Appy!"

"Yes, today is my birthday!"

Emma sees her husband awake. "There is my birthday captain. Happy birthday!"

"Thank you, love." They kiss.

"I have a birthday present for you."

Killian opened his present which was a gray hoodie with Jolly Roger on the front. "Swan, I love it." They hug.

Hope enters the room. "Daddy! Happy birthday!!

"Thank you, little love." He hugged his daughter.

"Mommy, my turn." She gives her Daddy her gift.

He opened his present from his oldest daughter which was a winter hat with a pom-pom with an anchor on it. "It is for sailing!"

"I love it, little love." He hugged his daughter. "Thank you for my hat."

"You are welcome!"

Henry enters the room. "Dad, I am almost done with your present."

"I understand, lad." He hugged his son.

"I will give it to you tonight."

"Hope, we need to go shopping!"

"Yes! Bye, Daddy!"

"Bye, little love." He hugged his daughter.

"We will be back soon." They kiss. Henry, Emma and Hope left the house.

"What are they up too?"

"Dada!"

He turns around to face his son who was playing with his duvet blanket. "You are here to spend my birthday day with me!" He tickles his son, making him laugh.

"Me too!!" Leia enters the room. "Happy birthday Dada!!" She runs to him.

He scooped his daughter in his arms. "Thank you, littlest love."

"Your present!" She gives him her present.

Killian opened her present which was a new navy think scarf. "I love my new scarf, littlest love. I am going to use it on the Jolly Roger."

"Can we go to the Jolly Woger?"

"Wawa!! Dada!!"

Killian smiles, "We can go on the Jolly Roger today, my littlest pirates."

After breakfast, Killian took the little ones to the Jolly Roger to play. He used the double stroller to the docks, knowing his littlest pirates needed fresh air. The little ones were climbing on barrels and ropes.

"Dada?"

"Yes, little love?"

"Can we pull up the anchor?"

"We only pull up the anchor when we were going to sail, littlest love."

"Awe nuts." Killian chuckles, Leia is a lot like her big sister.
