Ch.286 Thanksgiving

Emma and Killian were prepping the turkey for the holiday. Hope and Leia were playing with their Disney dolls in the living room. Ian walks into the room crying. "Mama! Mama!!"

"Swan, I got the turkey."

"Are you sure?"

"I am going to follow your written directions."

"Okay." She washed her hands. Her son was reaching out for her. "Ian." She holds her son on her hip. "Why are you crying?"

"Ope, Lala."

"The girls are not letting you play with them? They are making turkey hand drawings."

"Swan, he is done with his hand turkey."

Ian cried more. She hugged her son. "Ian, you can play with me."

"Dada."

"Dada is prepping the turkey son. You are going to have a delicious turkey to eat tomorrow on Thanksgiving."

"Wawa."

"We can go on the Jolly Roger tomorrow before turkey dinner." He tickles his son's belly.

"Mama and Dada are home, baby boy."

"He still thinks we are away."

"Yes. He has been clingy to me."

"Mama."

"Yes, baby boy?" Ian hugged his Mama. Emma smiles, her son is a Mama's boy. "We are home, baby."

"Dada and Mama are staying home, son." He kissed his son on the head.

The day of Thanksgiving, Snow White, David and Leo arrived in the afternoon. David carried in trays of stuffing and cranberry sauce as Snow White carried in a plate of cookies. Hope and Leia ignored Leo. The two sisters did not let their baby brother anywhere near Leo. "Ian, no, he bad!" Hope stopped her baby brother from going to Leo.

"Wy-wy!" Ian goes to his big brother.

He holds his baby brother"Ian, is Hope not letting you play with Leo?" Ian nods his head yes. "Hope and Leia are being over protective of you."

Ava arrived with desserts. Henry opened the door with his baby brother. "Happy Thanksgiving, Henry."

"Happy Thanksgiving, Ava."
"Hi!"

"Hi, Ian." Ava enters the house and sees Leo. "Why is Leo here?"

"Red and her family are sick. I have been on watch duty making sure Hope does not use light magic on Leo."

"Does Ian have light magic too?"

"Yes but he does not have a rough history with Leo as Hope does." Ian babbles. "Hope and Leia are not letting Ian anywhere near Leo."

"Your sisters are being protective of you, Ian." Ina smiles.

"They are. Ian I just said that and you smile at Ava."

"Yes!" The couple both laugh.

"Nicky and my Dad are at his girlfriend's place."

"Your Dad?"

"My brother's girlfriend."

"Wow, he finally has a girlfriend." The couple went into the kitchen.

Emma was checking on the turkey. "Emma!"

She sees Ava and closed the oven. "Hi, Ava!" THey hugged.

"Happy Thanksgiving!"

"Happy Thanksgiving! I brought pumpkin pie and smores brownies."
