Ch.206 Winter Break

Henry was enjoying his winter break. Allison and Emma finally had their girls day shopping with their daughters and getting their nails done. It was Leia's first of many girls' day with the group. Hope enjoyed her manicure and pedicure. Emma returned to work at the sheriff's station. Killian and Emma took shifts being at home with the girls. They wanted Henry to enjoy his break from college not be a full-time babysitter to his sisters. When he watched both of his sisters so their parents had a kid-free night out, Hope and Henry fight over who turns is it was to hold Leia. He sets Leia lying on Hope and takes a photo. Leia makes a noise.

"Hope, she loves you holding her."

"She loves you holding her too, wight Leia?" She makes another noise. "You are with me and Henwy, baby sis." She kisses her sister on the head.

Even at night, when his parents were home, Henry love being with Leia letting his parents sleep in. Henry sat on the rocking chair with his baby sister. "Baby sis, we are having Henry and Leia time." She chews on her brother's thumb. He kisses her on the head. "I love you, baby sis."

Emma is getting used to her new routine, back from maternity relief, being sheriff and mother to her three children. She and Killian would patrol together in the morning. They would take turns being home with their children. She returned home from her shift at the sheriff's station one day, "Henry, Hope, Leia, Killian...I am home."

Henry was holding a crying Leia when he saw their Mom at the front door. "Mom, she has been nonstop crying."

Emma took her daughter in her arms and laid her on her chest. "Leia, Mommy is home. Shh...shhh..." Leia stops crying and enjoyed being with her Mommy. She smiles.

"Can we watch Return to Hogwarts tonight?"

"Yes, that is the one."

"We can watch it tonight, kid."

"Leia just wanted you to hold her."

"Yes."

"That is one problem solved."

"What do you mean?"

"Hope has a fever. Dad is upstairs with her."

"Oh no." She carried Leia upstairs to Hope's bedroom. Hope was still asleep when Emma left for work that morning. She was wearing her floral pajamas, fast asleep on Killian.

He was hugging his little love, watching her fever. "Hi, love. Hope has a 101.00 fever. I gave her baby Tylenol to lower her fever. Also, her left ear is hurting her."

"I can take her to see Allison."

"Swan..."

"Our daughter is sick and going to be in a lot of pain tonight if we do not get her antibiotics soon." Leia fusses. "Swan, I can hold our littlest pirate princess." Emma gives Leia to her Daddy to hold and makes her phone call. "Allison's office can take walk ins." She leans close to Hope and gently woke her up. "Hi, baby girl."

"Mommy!" Emma hugs her daughter. "My ear huwts."

"I am going to take you to Auntie, so she can help the pain go away." She scooped her daughter in her arms and kisses her on the head.

"You are going to be okay, little love." He kisses his little pirate on the head. Leia began wailing. "Swan, I am going to stay here with Leia." Emma nods her head. He takes Leia to her nursery. Emma carried Hope downstairs and put her coat on her. She gets her purse.

Hope sees her brother. "Henwy."

"Hope." He hugs his sister.

"Going to auntie at work."
