Ch.217 T-Tubes

Henry is home on summer vacation. Emma was enjoying doing skin-to-skin with her daughter snoozing on her. My baby girl just wants to be with her Mommy. Ava the dog was fast asleep with Hope in her bedroom. Killian wakes up seeing his swan awake. "Emma, is she okay?"

"Yes. She does not want to sleep in her cot or her crib, she just wanted to do skin to skin with me."

Killian hugged his wife. "She is very happy to be with her Mommy." He kisses his swan on her head. "Are you okay?"

"Dr.Whale is performing surgery on our daughter for t-tubes tomorrow morning."

"I hate that bloody Whale."

"Me too."

"He is the only one who can do the surgery."

"He better let one of us be in the room while she is down under. I do not trust him."

"One of us will be in the room with her."

Hope enters the room. "Mommy."

"Yes, baby?"

"Can I sleep in here wif you and Daddy?"

"Yes, you can. Leia is here too."

Hope climbed onto the bed. Killian moved around so his daughter can sleep in between them. "Daddy."

"Hi, little love. You can sleep with Mommy and Daddy."

"Nigh-Night." She hugs her Pluto doll and falls back to sleep with her parents.

"Good night, little pirate princess."

The next morning, Emma got Hope ready for her surgery, packing a bag for her daughter. She puts Hope's hair up in a high ponytail. "Can I take Pluto?"

"Yes, sweetie you can."

"I am hungwy."

"You cannot eat before your surgery." Hope began crying. Emma hugs her daughter. "After your surgery, we are going to get a special breakfast with waffles and ice cream."

"Ice cweam!"

"Yes."

"Stay in hospital."

"I will be with you when you are having your surgery." She hugs her daughter.

Henry enters the room. "Little sis. I had t-tubes surrey when I was your age. It won't hurt you."

"It won't?"

"No. When you come home, we are going to have H time and read and play." Hope hugs her brother. "I love you, Hope."

"I love you, Henwy."

"Swan, are you ready?"

"Yes."

He takes Hope from his son and carries her to the car. "Ava is at work. I want to take Leia to the park."

"She will have fun."

"Keep me updated on Hope's surgery."

"I will,kid. If you want grandma to come..."

"I barely have one on one time with Leia. She will have fun with me." Emma hugs her son and leaves. Henry goes to Leia's bedroom who was fast asleep in her crib. Ava the dog finds Henry. "Looks like it is you, me, and Leia today." He pets Ava the dog.

Killian drove the yellow bug to the hospital. They went to the children's ward, and Emma carried her daughter in. The nurse examines Hope, put a bracelet on her arm with her information. Emma helped her daughter change into a gown. A nurse puts IV in Hope's arm, she was wailing. "Mommy."
