Ch.296 Birthday Trip

It has been a month since Leia has been cancer free. Emma and Killian were still over protective of Leia, since she still have some delays from her past chemo treatments. They let her attend preschool twice a week to be friends at the same age as her. Ashley gave Emma updates of Leia in the classroom. Melody and Clara gave their birthday presents to Hope before Spring break week began.

The Swan-Jones are in Boston for Hope's birthday trip. Snow White and Charming were watching Ava the dog as the family was in Boston. The family were staying in 2 bedroom hotel room with a living room in Boston. Killian and Emma had the king size bed with Ian and the other bedroom had two double beds where Henry had his own bed and the two sisters shared.

On April 20th, Hope's birthday, Hope was playing with Leia chasing her around the living room with Ian. Killian was cooking breakfast in kitchen area. Emma wakes up hearing her children's giggles. She enters the living room. "My little ducklings. There is my 7 year old!"

"Mommy!" Hope runs to her Mommy.

Emma scooped her daughter in her arms. "Happy birthday, Hope!!" She hugs her daughter, who made her a Mommy from the very beginning. "What do you want to go today? The aquarium?"

"Yes! I want to sea lions!"

"We can go to the sea lion exhibit first, birthday girl!"

Hope opened presents from her parents Disney shirts, from Leia a Disney Pluto sweatshirt. "Pluto!" She hugged her sister. "Thank you, Leia!"

"I said surprise for you when Mommy and I went shopping!"

"I love it! Mommy, can I wear my sweatshirt today?"

"Yes, birthday girl, you can." She hugged her daughter.

"Can we have Mommy and Hope time?"

Emma thought about it, Ian and Leia both take naps. "We can go shopping today, just you and me?"

"Really?"

"Yes!" Killian overheard his wife and daughter talking, he will be with the little ones while the mother and daughter shop in the city.

Hope opened her presents from the rest of her family. She got a nautilus charm bracelet from her Daddy, a charm bracelet kit from Leia, and Scratch Art Rainbow kit from Ian.

Henry returns from the shopping. "There is the birthday girl!"

"Henwy!"

He hugs his sister who made him a big brother. "Happy birthday, Hope!"

"Thank you."

"I have your birthday present!"

Hope opened her present which was Disney Ariel lego set. "An Ariel lego set! My first one! Thank you, Henwy!" She hugged her brother.

"You are welcome. I can help you build it when we are home."

Emma faced her son. "Where did you go other than the Lego store?"

"I bought the Lego set after I went to my college."

"For graduation?"

"More like extending. I need to finish my teaching degree. I am basically finished with my art major."

"If you want to stay here. You have my apartment here."

"Thank you, Mom." He hugged his Mom, he has a lot to think about. He only drove around Storybrooke since the accident.

Killian drove his family in the family car to the aquarium after breakfast. Emma bought tickets for her family, only Ian was free for child under two. Ian was fascinated by the huge tank of the fishes. "Wow!"
