Ch.257 Family Costume

Over the next few days, Emma was up with both of her boys, taking care of her 3-month-old and her oldest son at night, with Killian's help. If Henry wakes up scared, Emma will listen to him and watch him sleep. There were times, when Emma found Hope talking to Henry at night. "Hope, you need to go to bed, sweetie."

"No, I stay wif Henwy. He helpd me when I am sad. He is sad, I help him." Hope hugged her brother.

"Hope listens, Mom. She always understand me ever since she was baby." he hugged his sister.

"Kid, it is way past Hope's bedtime."

"I sleep here wif Henwy, Mommy."

"I will let her sleep, Mom." Emma hugged her two kids and returned to her bedroom.

Killian would be tending to Ian and reassuring the girls that their big brother is okay. There are times Henry refuses to sleep and talks with Ian letting his parents sleep. In the morning, Snow White or Charming would come to help with the little ones when Emma and Killian sleep in a little after a long night. Henry has been joining Hope and their Mom to morning drop-off. She would drop Henry off at Archie's after the elementary school.

One morning, the doorbell rung. Ava the dog was barking at the door. Emma had Ian in her arms, "Ava, I got the door." Regina was at the door. "Hi, Reg-..."

"Henry dropped out of college!!" Ian began wailing in his Mama's arms.

Killian heard the Evil Queen scream. "Love, I got our son. You need to update the Evil Queen on our son." He takes his son and calmed him down in the living room. "You are with Dada, Dada, little lad. Shh...shh... everything is okay."
"For your information, Hery did not drop out. He is taking his classes online. Our son had post-traumatic stress disorder. He has not been sleeping since the accident!! He is staying home where he feels safe in!!"

"He did not tell me."

"He told me yesterday. He has been talking to Archie and Killian, his Dad. He wanted to tell you in person, like he did with me." She hears Leia and Hope both crying, joining Ian's crying. "My son is having enough stress already. You are just making it worse. Now, I have to calm down my children." She closes the door and went upstairs finding Leia and Hope crying in her and Killian's bedroom. "Mama."

"Leia." She hugged her daughter. "Everything is okay, rainbow duckling."

Hope appeared from under the covers. "Mommy."

Emma hugged her daughters together. "Everything is okay, now. Regina got mad for not knowing Henry is staying home."

"Why?"

"Henry did not have a chance to tell her yet."

"Is she jealous?"

"Yes, she is jealous that is what she is mad." She hugged her daughter.

"Is Henwy okay?"

"He is in town with Archie. Henry is okay."
"He not sleeping at night. I hear him talk to you."

"Henry keeps dreaming of his car accidnet that's why he has not been sleeping."

"Ween."

"Henry will be with us trick or treating today." She faced Hope. "Now, little duckling, you need to get ready for school."

"No."

"You are going to wear your costume today for school Halloween parade and Halloween party!"

"I get dwessed now!" Hope goes to her room.

"Mama, tink!"

"I will help with your costume too, rainbow duckling."

After Emma dropped off Hope at school, she drove into town and waited by her yellowbug for Henry.
