Ch.289 Career Day

It was 2025, Hope was back to school. Henry was on vacation spending time with his siblings. In the mornings, Emma packed an extra lunch for Clara and written her name on the brown paper bag. She drives Hope inside and walks her to the second-grade classroom to give Clara her lunch before the bell rang for class to begin.

Hope's class was on a career week of trips all over town to different jobs in Storybrooke. On Wednesday, it was Killian's turn to give Hope's class a tour of the Jolly Roger. The first-grade class from Storybrooke Elementary arrived on the docks. Hope went ahead to the deck and sees her Daddy. "Daddy!!" She runs to him.

He scooped his daughter in his arms. "Hi, little love!"He spun her around.

"My class trip is here! Job day on Jolly Roger!"

"Yes, I am going to give your class a talk of what it is like to be a pirate."

"You are going to do great!"

He hugged his daughter. "Thank you, little love."

"I love you, Daddy."

"I love you, Hope." He sees the rest of his daughter's class arrive on the Jolly Roger and sets his daughter down.

Hope goes to her class. "My Daddy ship we are on!!" Killian was smiling at his daughter proudly showing our second home.

Ms.Lynn faced Hope. "Thank you for telling us Hope!" Hope smiles. Ms. Lynn stood next to Killian. "Thank you for letting us to join you this morning."

"You are welcome. I am honored to be a part of my daughter's career trip week. I wanted to be part of Hope's career day lesson."

Ms.Lynn faced her students. "Class, we are here to learn what to be like a sailor and working on the docks of Storybrooke. "

Hope raised her hand."He is a pirate Ms. Lynn." A few of Hope's classmates giggle of her correcting their teacher.

"Say hello to Mr.Jones, Hope's father."

The class looks at Killian. "Hello, Mr.Jones."

"Hi, Killy!" Melody waves happily to her uncle.

Killian smiles at his niece. "Hello, Melody and everyone. Today I am going to teach everyone what it is like to run your own ship!"

"Are you a pirate?"

"Yes, I am! I sailed in different realms, fought the evil Peter Pan and teamed up with my arch-enemy"

"I told you, Barry! My Daddy is a pirate! He is a good one!"

Killian, "Now, I am going to teach everyone about the parts of the ship. He faced the sails. "We are going to learn about the sails." Everyone faced the sails.

Hope took Melody's hand and lead her to the captain's quarters. "Mel-Mel."

"What are we doing in here? We are going to get in trouble with Ms.Lynn."

"Mel-Mel, we play with my toys." She opens her treasure chest with toys. Melody smiles. The two ocean princesses played with toys as the rest of their class had a tour of the Jolly Roger.

Henry arrived on the Jolly Roger with Ian, he forgot his iPad. Ian sees his Daddy. "Dada!"

"Hi, sons!" He faced Hope's class. "These are Hope's brothers, my two sons Henry and Ian."

"Hi!" Ian waved to the class.

"I am sorry for interrupting your lesson. I just need to get something from the captain's quarters."

"Aye, you can pass." Ian goes to his Dada. Killian holds his youngest son on his hip. "Can you help me teach Hope's class?"

"No."
