Before you read:

DO NOT SKIP - VERY IMPORTANT

1) I have changed something in the previous chapter. So I urge the readers to go back and read the last two povs again.

2) I have my exams coming up so I won't be able to publish till next month now. I have the next two chapters ready to be published and I had hoped that you would complete the votes so I could give you more- but alas the disappointement persists yet.

This chapter is for all those who have always voted, commented and supported me. I know that even if I say this those who don't vote will be able to read this nonetheless.

To my regular readers who I am sure have not skipped this and come this far- if you follow me on instagram I can give spoiler content on my instagram story before the chapter is released. Ofcourse there will be reels but I will upload sneek peaks of the upcoming chapter on my story for you to read. It is also easier to communicate with you all on instagram so I once again urge all to follow me there.

Ishani's POV

"Yes of course" I answer and end the call. I look at the invite in my hand and my name on it.

Mr and Mrs.Ranawat

With a long sigh I open the door of the car and head inside the house. "Hey!! Give it back!!" I smile at Yuvika's voice. These two are always upto something. I dodge the pillow thrown towards Avyaan who was standing ahead of me. "Bhabhi save me!!", he says and hides behind me. "No. Don't take his side. Come here you idiot!!" They run around me in circles and maa comes to my rescue. "Ignore them", she says with a laugh. "Or don't. It's our daily dose of entertainment", I laugh at her claim as we watch them run around, yelling at each other.

The first week here was very difficult for me. My house has always been quiet and any kind of yelling was usually a negative one. But this one ? This is filled with loud conversations , heartfelt laughter and caring people. Thankfully Trishna bua left after a few days and the peace was restored.

Ayansh and I have come to an understanding. Our days are hectic with our busy work schedules and we come home to a full house. But at night , when we are alone in the confines of our room- we talk. Wholesome conversations about each other. I thought that his smile was beautiful but I have never been as addicted to someone's laugh as I am to his.

I have noticed how reserved he acts even before his family. But when it's just us, we drop all pretenses and a different side of him emerges. A playful side. A happy side. A warm side.

In times like these I don't see Ayansh Ranawat. I see Ayansh. Just Ayansh.

Few months ago if someone had told me that I will be having late night conversations with Ayansh Ranawat on his balcony swing , I would've laughed and called them delusional. But this has now become routine for us. My day does not feel complete unless I have spent it with him. Sometimes we don't talk. Sometimes we just sit in silence on the swing looking at the sky.
