"I want you to double your efforts", Kaushik nodded at Trilok's words. "Send out more men but I want her found. Do you understand? Find her and drag her here if you must but I want my sister standing before me by nightfall", Trilok ordered. Kaushik took a deep breath, conflict evident in his eyes but nodded. They turn when they hear voices from the foyer to see Vivaan, Laksh and Viren enter.

"What happened?", Laksh asks quickly at the sight of Kaushik in the house. "Nothing happened", Trilok reassured him. "I called him here", he answers. Vivaan looks at Trilok suspisciosuly. "Why?", he asks. Taking a deep breath Trilok answers, "I've told him to find Trishna".

Vivaan looks away trying not to scoff. "If we find her, she can lead us to Ishani", Trilok says with a sense of urgency. "She does not want to be found uncle. Didn't you hear what the man had said? Ishani is with Khurana. Not her-", Vivaan stops himself in an attempt to control his rising agitation. He raises his hands. "Do whatever you want. But if you do find her, do not bring her inside this house. Not before Ayansh", he says stiffly.

"Well you might want to halt your plans for a bit", Viren speaks up making the other look at him. Viren looks up from his phone. "Inspector Shekhawat texted me saying that Abhay Srivastav's sister-in-law filed a missing complaint for him. They started investigating and Nirmay's case might reopen", he says with a somber look. Laksh cursed under his breath.

"Not if Abhay Srivastav is found", Kaushik mused. "If we make him confess that he kidnapped Ishani on Mrs.Malhotra's orders, we can have the police on our side. No mention of Khurana just yet. That way Mrs.Malhotra will be found legally. And the police will aid in finding Mrs.Ranawat without dragging out Khurana until the very end. So when the time comes, we can twist the story-"

"And bhai's secrets will remain hidden", Laksh finishes. "It could work. The possibility is meagre but it could work", Viren said with a glimmer of hope in his eyes. "It all depends on Srivastav's confession. Will he confess?", Vivaan questions, sharing a look with Laksh.
