The flickering candlelight cast dancing shadows on the walls, and the soft glow of the moon added a touch of ethereal beauty to the scene. The rain outside added to the cozy atmosphere, its rhythmic patter creating a calming backdrop. The surroundings exuded an ambiance of mystery and nostalgia, as if the area had been transported to a different time.

Y/n continued to write, her focus seemed unwavering despite the dim lighting, as the pen glided smoothly across the paper, leaving behind a trail of her thoughts and emotions. Her face was gently illuminated by the flickering candle, revealing the intensity of her concentration.

Outside, the heavy rain served as a natural barrier to the outside world. The sounds of the downpour were muted, cocooning Y/n in her thoughts and words. The combination of candlelight, moonbeams, and rain created a unique atmosphere, making it feel like time itself had slowed down.

"Y/n, why aren't you sleeping yet?" Y/n turned her head toward the source of the footsteps and met the concerned gaze of the person who had interrupted her writing.

The candlelight flickered, casting shadows that danced across Yuichiro's features. He wore an expression of both care and curiosity, wondering why Y/n was still awake amidst the dimly lit room and the heavy rain outside.

"I couldn't sleep," Y/n admitted, a small smile playing on her lips. Yuichiro stepped closer, his silhouette gradually becoming clearer in the candlelight.

"Writing in the dark can't be good for your eyes." He said, glancing at the papers on the table.

"I know, I'll sleep in a bit. I thought you were already sleeping, Yui."

Yuichiro approached and sat down next to her, his gaze fixed on the written words on her paper. He gently said, "I was waiting for you."

Y/n's heart skipped a beat at Yuichiro's words, feeling a rush of warmth and affection. She couldn't help but smile, realizing that he had stayed awake for her, just as she had stayed awake for the power to return.

"I'm sorry for keeping you waiting," Y/n said, her voice soft and sincere.

"I'll keep you company," he offered, pulling up a chair and settling in with his elbow on the table and his chin in his palm, his gaze fixed on her paper. Y/n felt a mixture of surprise and appreciation at Yuichiro's change in approach. He was usually the one reminding her to take care of herself and get some rest.
