As Sarada and Hinata were about to head upstairs, they were stopped in their tracks by the sight of a tall, desperate figure standing in the hallway: Boruto. His arms were crossed over his chest, his face twisted into an exaggerated pout.

“There you are, my lady,” Boruto drawled, emphasizing the nickname as he walked toward Sarada. “I’ve been waiting forever. How could you abandon your loving husband like that?” His voice was full of mock hurt, and the mischievous glint in his eyes gave away his teasing nature.

Sarada rolled her eyes, but her lips twitched into a smile. "I wasn’t gone that long, Boruto."

Boruto gasped dramatically, as if she had just said something outrageous. "Not long? Sarada, it felt like an eternity!"

Hinata chuckled softly from beside Sarada. “You sound just like your father.”

At that moment, Naruto appeared behind Boruto, rubbing the back of his head with a sheepish grin. "Hey, what can I say? I just can't sleep without Hinata by my side," Naruto admitted, giving his wife a warm smile. “But don’t act like you’re any different, Boruto.”

Boruto shrugged, unabashed. “Well, of course, Dad. Who could sleep without this beautiful princess right next to them?” He reached out, pulling Sarada into a sudden hug, catching her off guard.

Sarada immediately turned bright red, completely flustered by his affectionate words and the sudden embrace in front of their parents. “B-Boruto! Not in front of—"

But before she could finish, Boruto lifted her slightly off the ground and spun her around, laughing as her blush deepened. “Aw, come on, my love, you’re way too cute when you’re embarrassed!”

Hinata covered her mouth, trying to stifle her laughter, while Naruto openly laughed, thoroughly enjoying the scene. “I swear, you two are too much sometimes.”

Sarada, now completely flustered, shot Boruto a half-hearted glare. “Put me down!”

Boruto set her down gently but kept an arm around her waist, grinning like a fool. “As you wish, princess,” he teased, causing Sarada to hide her face behind her hands in embarrassment.

“Stop calling me that,” she mumbled through her hands, her face still beet red.

“Never,” Boruto said proudly. “It’s my duty as your husband to make sure you blush at least once a day.”

Naruto chuckled again and gave Boruto a playful pat on the back. “You’re doing a great job, son.”

Sarada could only groan, while Hinata smiled softly at the whole scene, enjoying the playful dynamic between the young couple.

As the laughter died down, Naruto finally stretched and let out a yawn. "Well, now that we’ve found you two, I think it’s time we all head to bed."

Hinata nodded in agreement. “Yes, it’s getting late.”

Boruto gave Sarada a quick peck on the cheek before pulling her gently toward their room. “Come on, love, let’s get some sleep.”

Still flustered but smiling, Sarada allowed herself to be led away, giving a small bow to Naruto and Hinata as they all finally headed to their respective rooms.

As they entered their bedroom, Boruto squeezed her hand and gave her a softer, more genuine smile. “I really am glad you’re feeling better, Sarada.”

She smiled back, her heart warming at his sincerity. “Thanks, Boruto. I couldn’t have done it without you.”

“And don’t forget how cute you are when you’re blushing,” he added with a wink, instantly ruining the moment and causing Sarada to groan in playful exasperation.

"Boruto..." she muttered, shaking her head, but the smile never left her face.
