As Hinata quietly left to give them some space, Boruto and Sarada continued their dinner together. The atmosphere was calm, with Boruto occasionally teasing Sarada about her light appetite, but it was all in good spirits.

"You know, if you ate more, you wouldn’t have to worry about fainting all the time," Boruto said playfully, a hint of concern lacing his tone. Sarada just rolled her eyes but couldn’t help the small smile creeping onto her face.

"Maybe I should just eat your share," she shot back, glancing at the heaping portion on Boruto’s plate.

"Good luck with that! I’m a bottomless pit!" Boruto laughed, but there was a warmth in his gaze that made Sarada feel safe.

Once they finished eating, Sarada leaned back against the headboard, feeling a wave of exhaustion wash over her. Boruto noticed her droopy eyelids and, with a soft smile, shifted closer, wrapping his arms around her. He pulled her into his chest, where she felt an overwhelming sense of comfort.

"Hey," he said gently, his voice low and soothing, "I know I scolded you before, but I just want you to take care of yourself, okay?"

Sarada nodded, her head resting against his heart. "I will. I promise," she murmured, feeling her eyelids growing heavier.

Boruto continued to speak softly, making sure not to raise his voice. "You’re too important to me to let you ignore your health. I can’t lose you over something so simple, got it?"

Sarada looked up at him, her eyes heavy with sleep but filled with warmth. "I know, Boruto. I’m sorry," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Good," he said, smiling down at her. "Now let’s sleep. We’ve both had long days."

With that, they settled into a comfortable position, Boruto engulfing Sarada's small frame in his larger one, her head perfectly fitting against his chest. The rhythmic sound of his heartbeat lulled her into a deep sleep, a peaceful smile gracing her lips.

Boruto gently wrapped his arms around her, feeling the warmth of her body against his. As sleep began to take over him as well, he made a silent vow to always be there for her, no matter what challenges lay ahead. They fell asleep, wrapped in each other’s arms, feeling safe and loved.
