Boruto was just beginning to relax when Himawari burst into the room, causing him to nearly jump out of his skin. He paused the movie, letting out a sigh of relief as his heartbeat slowed.

“Hima! Couldn’t you knock?” he muttered, trying to hide the fact that he’d been genuinely startled.

Himawari ignored her brother entirely, rushing toward Sarada and wrapping her arms around her in a tight hug. “Sarada-nee, you have no idea how worried I was yesterday! You scared me so much,” she said, her voice muffled slightly against Sarada’s shoulder.

Sarada chuckled softly, her own arms coming up to embrace Hima. “I’m so sorry, Hima. I didn’t mean to make you worry. I’m okay, really,” she assured her, giving her a gentle squeeze.

Boruto, rolling his eyes, looked between them and muttered, “You’re really milking this, huh, Sarada?” His tone was light, but his gaze softened as he watched them.

Himawari shot her brother a glare over her shoulder. “Well, maybe if someone took better care of his wife, she wouldn’t have to scare us all,” she teased, raising an eyebrow.

“Hey!” Boruto protested, trying to keep his composure as his sister’s jab hit a little too close to home. “I’m doing my best! It’s not my fault she’s stubborn,” he replied, reaching over to ruffle Sarada’s hair affectionately.

Sarada chuckled, looking between the two siblings. “Oh, trust me, Hima, he’s been scolding me nonstop since yesterday. But I guess I can’t complain. I kind of deserve it.”

Boruto rolled his eyes, pulling both Sarada and Himawari into a playful hug. “Alright, alright, let’s all agree that Sarada will take it easy, and I’ll... uh, keep an eye on her. Deal?”

Hima nodded, glancing at Sarada with a grin. “Deal. And don’t think I’m letting you off the hook, Sarada-nee. I’ll be checking on you too!”

Sarada laughed, nodding. “I guess I’ve got no choice but to behave, then.”
