Sarada shifted a bit on the bed, patting the space next to her. “Come on, Hima! You should join us and watch the movie,” she invited, her smile wide and welcoming.

Himawari happily plopped down beside her, snuggling into Sarada’s side. “Thanks, Sarada-nee!” she said, settling in comfortably.

As the movie began, the tension in the air became palpable. The eerie music set the mood, and soon enough, the characters on the screen were creeping through dark hallways, which sent shivers down Sarada's spine.

Boruto, on the other hand, was getting a bit too into it. A particularly loud jump scare startled him, and he instinctively clutched Sarada’s hand tightly, his eyes wide as he leaned closer to her. “What the heck?!” he exclaimed, glancing at the screen, his heart racing.

Himawari couldn’t help but giggle at her brother’s reaction. “Oh, look at you, Onichan! Are you scared?” she teased, a playful smirk on her face. “You’re such a scaredy cat!”

“Shut up, Hima! This is a really scary movie!” Boruto shot back, trying to sound tough but failing miserably as his voice cracked slightly.

Sarada couldn’t suppress a laugh, enjoying the banter. “I thought you were supposed to be the strong shinobi, Boruto! What happened to that?” she teased, her eyes sparkling with amusement.

“Yeah, Boruto! If you’re this scared, how will you protect Sarada-nee in a real fight?” Himawari chimed in, her playful tone only making Boruto blush even more.

Boruto groaned, dramatically rolling his eyes. “You guys are the worst! I’m just... being cautious, alright? You can never be too careful!” He squeezed Sarada's hand a little tighter as another jump scare caught him off guard.

“Maybe we should switch to a rom-com after this,” Sarada suggested, still laughing at Boruto’s antics. “I’d hate for you to faint or something.”

“Good idea,” Hima agreed. “Let’s save Boruto from further embarrassment!”

Boruto huffed but couldn’t hide his smile. “Yeah, yeah, just wait until I beat you both in the next sparring match,” he shot back, pretending to be annoyed while really just enjoying the playful moment with his wife and sister.

As the movie continued, the three of them settled into a comfortable rhythm, laughter mingling with gasps of surprise, creating a cozy atmosphere that made the scary scenes a little less frightening.
