As they all sat,
After finishing their playful game of tag, Boruto and Himawari's competitive spirits flared up again.

“Alright, how about a sparring match to settle this once and for all?” Boruto proposed, crossing his arms and flashing a confident grin.

“Are you sure you want to challenge Sarada? You know she’s the Hokage for a reason,” Himawari teased, a mischievous glint in her eyes.

“Pfft! That doesn’t mean anything! I’m still stronger than her,” Boruto said with exaggerated bravado.

Himawari laughed and shook her head. “I’m betting on Sarada! She’s way stronger than you!”

“Fine! Let’s put some stakes on it then,” Boruto said, raising an eyebrow. “What’s the bet?”

“If Sarada wins, you have to do my chores for a week!” Himawari declared with a smirk. “But if you win, I’ll do your chores for a week.”

“Deal!” Boruto exclaimed, a gleam of confidence shining in his eyes. “Prepare to be amazed, Sarada!”

Sarada chuckled, her competitive spirit piqued. “You’re on, Boruto. Just don’t get mad when I wipe the floor with you.”

With that, they cleared a space near the edge of the lake, setting up for their sparring match. Naruto and Hinata gathered nearby, both curious and excited to see how this would play out.

“Are you two ready?” Naruto called out, a grin spreading across his face.

“Ready as I’ll ever be!” Boruto shouted, bouncing on his heels.

“Let’s go!” Sarada replied, taking her fighting stance, determination gleaming in her eyes.

Himawari watched eagerly, a mix of excitement and anxiety bubbling within her. “You got this, Sarada-nee!”

The two shinobi squared off, tension crackling in the air. As the match began, they started with quick jabs and dodges, showcasing their agility and skill. Sarada was quick on her feet, her years of training as Hokage evident in her fluid movements.

Boruto, on the other hand, relied on his speed and instinct, launching a series of rapid attacks. “You’ll have to do better than that!” he taunted, grinning as he dodged Sarada’s swift punches.

But Sarada wasn’t easily deterred. She countered with a spinning kick, aiming for Boruto’s side. He narrowly avoided it, and they exchanged blows, their laughter and playful banter ringing out as they fought.

“Come on, Boruto! Is that all you’ve got?” Sarada teased, landing a quick jab to his shoulder.

“Don’t underestimate me!” he shot back, retaliating with a swift kick that Sarada narrowly dodged. “I’m just getting warmed up!”

They continued their sparring, each trying to outmaneuver the other. The atmosphere was filled with energy, laughter, and the thrill of competition.

Meanwhile, Naruto and Hinata exchanged amused glances. “They’ve really grown,” Hinata said softly, pride swelling in her chest as she watched her children spar.

“Yeah, they’re definitely a force to be reckoned with,” Naruto agreed, a wide grin on his face. “But I’m betting on Sarada.”

“Me too!” Hinata added, nodding.

As the match progressed, both Boruto and Sarada pushed themselves harder. Sarada feinted left, then quickly shifted right, landing a solid hit on Boruto’s side, making him stumble back slightly.

“Nice one!” he admitted, breathing heavily but smiling. “But I won’t go down that easily!”

With renewed determination, Boruto charged at Sarada, attempting to land a flurry of punches. Sarada blocked most of them, but one of his hits caught her off guard, making her lose her footing for a split second. Seizing the opportunity, he lunged forward and swept her legs out from under her, sending her tumbling to the ground.

“Gotcha!” he exclaimed triumphantly, though his heart raced at the thought of her falling.

But Sarada was quick to recover, rolling onto her feet with impressive agility. “Not bad, Boruto, but you won’t get me that easily!” she grinned, her competitive spirit ignited.

The sparring continued with both of them displaying impressive skills and teamwork. They were evenly matched, neither willing to back down.

After a few more minutes of back-and-forth action, they began to tire, their movements becoming slightly slower. Sarada saw her chance and decided to go all out.

“Alright, I’m done playing around!” she declared, focusing her chakra and executing a swift series of techniques that Boruto struggled to keep up with.

“Whoa! When did you learn that?!” Boruto exclaimed, barely managing to block her moves.

With one final, powerful strike, Sarada knocked Boruto back, and he landed dramatically on the grass, panting.

“Game over!” she declared, standing triumphantly.

Himawari cheered, jumping up and down. “You did it, Sarada-nee! You won!”

Boruto groaned, sitting up and dramatically throwing his arms out. “Nooo! I can’t believe I lost to my own wife!”

Sarada couldn’t help but laugh at his exaggerated expression. “You should’ve taken me more seriously!”

Naruto clapped his hands together, grinning broadly. “Well done, Sarada! I knew you could do it!”

Hinata beamed at Sarada, pride evident in her eyes. “You fought wonderfully, dear.”

Boruto, still pouting but unable to hide his smile, looked over at Himawari. “Well, looks like I’m doing your chores for a week. Thanks a lot, Sis!”

Himawari giggled, the joy of seeing her sister succeed outweighing her brother’s playful complaint. “You deserved it! Now you’ll learn to take things a bit more seriously!”

“Next time, I’ll train harder!” Boruto declared, feigning determination. “Just you wait!”

The family laughed together, the sun setting in the background as they enjoyed the moment, knowing that their bonds only grew stronger with each playful rivalry.
