After an exhilarating day of sparring, the family decided to head to a nearby restaurant for dinner. As they settled into their seats, the warm ambiance and mouthwatering aromas instantly lifted everyone's spirits.

Once the food arrived, Boruto immediately dug in with gusto, while Sarada picked at her meal, carefully savoring each bite.

“Hey, you’re not going to just nibble at that, are you?” Boruto teased, glancing at her plate with an exaggerated frown. “You need to eat more than that, Sarada! You’re the Hokage! You need your strength!”

Sarada rolled her eyes, unable to suppress a smile. “I’m fine, Boruto. I’m just not that hungry right now.”

“You’ve got to have more energy to keep up with me!” he insisted, shoveling a generous portion of food into his mouth. “Look at me! I’m practically a black hole over here!”

“More like a bottomless pit,” Himawari chimed in, giggling as she took a sip of her drink. “Boruto, do you even have a limit?”

“I don’t think so!” Boruto replied with a cheeky grin, then turned back to Sarada, who was still trying to eat her small portion. “C’mon! You’re going to let me eat all this by myself?”

“Are you really that worried about me eating?” she teased, raising an eyebrow.

“Of course! I’m just making sure my lovely wife is healthy and strong!” he declared, leaning in closer. “Besides, if you don’t eat enough, who’s going to keep up with my ridiculous appetite?”

With that, Boruto picked up a piece of chicken from his plate and held it up to her mouth. “Here, let me help you out. Just one little bite, please?”

Sarada tried to maintain her composure, but the sight of Boruto’s hopeful expression made it hard to resist. “Fine, just one,” she relented, and he eagerly fed her the bite.

“See? That wasn’t so bad, was it?” Boruto grinned, clearly pleased with himself. “You should try the spicy ramen too! It’s amazing!”

“You just want me to try everything so you can claim I ate more than I did,” Sarada countered playfully.

“Maybe,” he admitted with a wink, “but I promise, you’ll love it! And if you don’t, I’ll eat it for you!”

“Good luck with that,” she replied, shaking her head, but she couldn’t help but laugh at his antics.

As they continued to eat, Boruto made a show of every bite he took, moaning exaggeratedly. “Oh, this is heavenly! You have to try the tempura! Just one bite! Please!”

“You sound like you’re trying to convince me to eat a dessert, not tempura,” Sarada shot back, chuckling at his theatrical performance.

“Hey, food is serious business!” Boruto defended, feigning offense. “Besides, my goal is to make you enjoy dinner, so I can claim victory over the ‘Sarada eats less’ battle!”

“Victory, huh? We’ll see about that,” she replied, her competitive spirit flickering back to life.

Boruto couldn’t resist sneaking another piece of food onto her plate. “More food for you! Just think of it as training for our next sparring match!”

“Training?” Sarada echoed incredulously. “You think if I eat more, I’ll be able to fight better?”

“Absolutely!” Boruto nodded vigorously. “The more you eat, the stronger you get! It’s simple science!”

“Now that’s a theory I’m not sure about,” she said, chuckling softly.

Himawari rolled her eyes at her brother. “You just want to eat more! And you’re really not being subtle about it.”

Boruto flashed his sister a cheeky grin. “Hey, I’m doing this for Sarada’s health! It’s a noble cause.”

“More like a selfish one,” Sarada teased, giving him a playful shove.

After finishing dinner, they all enjoyed a rich dessert to share, which Boruto attacked with the same enthusiasm as his main course. “This cake is amazing!” he exclaimed, stuffing a huge piece into his mouth. “You have to try this, Sarada! It’ll change your life!”

As they wrapped up their meal and headed back home, the lighthearted banter continued. Boruto and Himawari playfully argued about who had the better dish, while Sarada couldn’t help but smile at the warmth of their family atmosphere.

“Thanks for dinner, guys! I had a lot of fun,” Sarada said, feeling grateful for the time spent together.

“Anytime!” Himawari replied, beaming. “Next time, we should do a family cook-off!”

“Only if Boruto promises not to burn the kitchen down,” Sarada added, shooting him a teasing look.

“Hey! I can cook!” Boruto protested, though a hint of embarrassment colored his cheeks. “Well, most of the time...”

As they reached home, the laughter and teasing continued, echoing through the hallways as they settled back in. The warmth of their family connection made every moment special, solidifying the bonds that would carry them through the ups and downs of life together.
