After finishing her shower, Sarada was carefully adjusting her Hokage cloak when Boruto’s voice interrupted her from behind.

“Where do you think you’re going, my lady?” he asked, crossing his arms with a stern expression.

Sarada glanced back at him, mildly exasperated but amused. “Where else? The Hokage’s office. I have a lot to catch up on.”

Boruto frowned, stepping closer. “You’ve got to be kidding me, Sarada. You fainted twice yesterday, and you’re still running a fever.” His tone turned sharper as he scolded her. “There’s no way I’m letting you go to the office like this.”

Sarada sighed, already anticipating his reaction. “I’m fine, Boruto. It was just a bit of exhaustion. Besides, I have responsibilities—”

“Your health is also your responsibility, Sarada,” Boruto interrupted, his eyes softened with concern. “You’re not invincible, no matter how much you like to act like it.”

She looked down, feeling both touched by his concern and a little guilty. “But Boruto, I can’t just—”

“No buts.” His voice was gentle yet unwavering as he placed a hand on her shoulder. “You need to rest. You have people who can handle things for a day or two, and everyone will understand if you take the time to recover.”

Sarada bit her lip, torn between her duty and his worried gaze. “Fine,” she relented, albeit reluctantly. “Just… one day. But only if you promise,not to hover over me all day”

Boruto’s stern expression melted into a satisfied smile. “Deal,” he said, leaning down to press a quick kiss to her forehead. “Now, back to bed, Hokage-sama. That’s an order.”
