Boruto: Maybe we should start playing such games more often.

Sarada: (smirking, raising an eyebrow) Don’t push your luck too much, Mr. Uzumaki.

Boruto: (grinning mischievously) I already did the day I married you, Mrs. Uzumaki.

Sarada felt her cheeks heat up at his words, though she quickly masked it with a playful scoff.

Sarada: Ugh, you’re so cheesy sometimes. Where did the reckless, loud Boruto go?

Boruto: (pretending to think) Hmm… probably disappeared the moment I realized I’d have to keep up with you. You’re the Hokage, after all. I had to level up.

Sarada: (rolling her eyes but smiling) You’re impossible.

Boruto: (leaning closer) And yet, you love me for it.

She didn’t reply immediately, instead pretending as she didn't heard, Boruto chuckled at her flustered expression, leaning back against the headboard.

Boruto: Alright, Mrs. Hokage. Since you’re clearly avoiding admitting how much you love me, how about we make a deal?

Sarada: (narrowing her eyes) What kind of deal?

Boruto: If you can stay in bed and rest for the next 24 hours without even thinking about paperwork, I’ll— (pauses dramatically) —do all your Hokage duties for the rest of the week.

Sarada’s eyes widened slightly, the offer tempting but suspicious.

Sarada: All my duties? For a whole week? What’s the catch?

Boruto: No catch. Just rest, relax, and let me handle everything.

Sarada: (smirking) You do realize that includes early morning meetings, piles of paperwork, and boring council discussions, right?

Boruto: (grinning confidently) Bring it on. I’ve faced Otsutsukis. How hard can this be?

Sarada: (chuckling) You have no idea what you’re signing up for.

Boruto: Oh, I know. And when I pull it off, you’ll owe me big time.

Sarada: Fine. Deal. But don’t come crying to me when you’re buried in work.

Boruto: And you don’t get to interfere. Not even a peep.

Sarada nodded, sealing the deal with a playful glare.

Sarada: You’re going to regret this.

Boruto: (winking) We’ll see, Mrs. Uzumaki. We’ll see.

For now, she decided to let him have his moment. After all, Boruto managing her workload would be a sight to behold—and she couldn’t wait to watch him realize just how chaotic being Hokage truly was.
