Part 17

Soon enough, about an hour later, Sarada slowly stirred awake. She blinked a few times, realizing she had fallen asleep while watching the movie. Rubbing her eyes, she sat up, only to find Boruto still beside her, scrolling through his phone, while Himawari was sprawled out on the other end of the couch.

"Did I fall asleep during the movie?" Sarada asked, her voice groggy.

Boruto chuckled softly. "Yeah, you did, sleepyhead. Guess you were more tired than you thought."

Sarada stretched, feeling a bit embarrassed. "Sorry, I didn’t mean to leave you guys hanging."

"Don’t worry about it, Sarada-nee," Himawari chimed in. "We knew you needed the rest."

Sarada smiled, feeling grateful for their understanding. "Well, how about I make it up to you by cooking dinner?"

Both Boruto and Himawari perked up at the mention of dinner, knowing full well how incredible Sarada’s cooking was.

Sarada headed to the kitchen, and soon enough, the house was filled with the delicious aromas of her cooking. She prepared a feast for the three of them, each dish tasting like heaven. As she served the food, Boruto and Himawari couldn’t help but tease her.

"Is there anything you're not good at, Sarada?" Boruto said with a smirk, taking a bite of the food. "Perfect wife, Hokage, and now the best chef in Konoha. Seriously, you’re making the rest of us look bad."

Himawari giggled, nodding in agreement. "It’s not fair! How can you be so perfect at everything?"

Sarada blushed, trying to wave off their compliments. "I’m not perfect… I just like cooking, that’s all."

But Boruto wasn’t done yet. He leaned in closer, his voice dropping to a playful tone. "Not only are you an amazing chef, but you’re also incredibly beautiful. I’m a lucky man, aren’t I?"

Sarada’s cheeks turned bright red, and she glanced away, flustered. "B-Boruto! Stop it!" she stammered, her face heating up even more.

Boruto just laughed, clearly enjoying how much he could make her blush. "Can’t help it, my lady. You’re just too irresistible."

Himawari joined in the teasing, and the rest of the dinner was filled with laughter, jokes, and Sarada’s endless blushing.
