A week later,

Konoha was facing some problems, &  being the Hokage it was an intense week for Sarada

One Night
It had been an exhausting night for Sarada as she returned home, barely able to keep her eyes open. As she entered the Uzumaki household, she was greeted by Hinata, who immediately noticed how worn-out Sarada looked.

"Good evening, Sarada," Hinata said kindly, her eyes filled with concern as she approached her daughter-in-law. "You seem really tired. Are you alright?"

Sarada offered a weak smile, trying to hide her exhaustion. "Yeah, Mom... just a long day at work. The usual Hokage stuff, you know."

Before Hinata could respond, Sarada's body swayed, and without warning, she collapsed. Hinata gasped, her heart racing as she caught Sarada before she hit the floor.

"Boruto! Naruto!" Hinata cried out in terror, her voice echoing through the house.

Within seconds, both Boruto and Naruto came running, their hearts pounding as they rushed to the living room. Boruto's eyes widened in panic as he saw his wife fainted in Hinata's arms.

"What happened?!" Boruto asked, his voice shaky as he knelt beside Sarada. His hands hovered over her, unsure of what to do.

"She just... collapsed," Hinata said, her voice trembling with fear. "She must be exhausted."

Without wasting another second, Boruto scooped Sarada into his arms. His heart clenched painfully as he realized how light she felt, as if she weighed nothing at all. His mind raced with fear as he rushed her to their bedroom, with Hinata and Naruto following closely behind.

Naruto, holding a glass of water, kept glancing at Sarada, his worry growing with every step. As soon as Boruto gently laid her on their bed, Naruto handed the glass to Hinata, who quickly sprinkled some water on Sarada's face in hopes of waking her up.

"Come on, Sarada," Boruto whispered, his voice shaking. "Please wake up."

After what felt like an eternity, Sarada finally stirred, her eyelids fluttering open. She blinked in confusion, finding herself in her and Boruto's bedroom, surrounded by the worried faces of her husband and in-laws.

"Thank goodness," Naruto muttered in relief.

Boruto, however, wasn’t relieved for long. His concern turned into frustration as he stood at the side of the bed, hands clenched at his sides. He was angry—angry that Sarada had pushed herself so hard, angry that she had collapsed without saying anything about how she felt.

"Sarada!" Boruto's voice was sharp, filled with frustration. "What were you thinking? You’ve been pushing yourself too hard again, haven't you? Why didn't you tell me you were feeling like this?"

Sarada winced at the volume of his voice, her head already throbbing from exhaustion. She could feel the tension rising, but she was too tired to argue. She kept her head down, her eyes lowered in guilt.

"I'm sorry," she murmured softly, her voice barely audible. "I didn't want to worry you…"

"Well, guess what? I'm worried now!" Boruto shouted, his frustration spilling over. "This isn’t something you can just ignore, Sarada! You’ve got to take care of yourself—what if something worse happens?"

As Boruto continued to scold her, Sarada felt her head pounding harder with each word. The pain was unbearable, but she remained silent, too drained to defend herself. Her vision started to blur, and her heart raced as she struggled to keep her focus.

"I'm really sorry..." Sarada whispered again, her voice cracking under the weight of exhaustion and pain.

But just as Boruto was about to continue, Sarada’s body swayed, and her eyes rolled back as she collapsed once more, this time right onto the bed.

"Sarada?!" Boruto’s voice broke in panic as he rushed to her side, gently patting her cheeks. "Sarada, wake up! Please!"

Hinata and Naruto exchanged terrified glances as Naruto immediately took out his phone and dialed for a doctor.

"She's not responding," Boruto said, his voice trembling as he continued to try and wake her up. "Mom, Dad, what do we do?"

"Stay calm," Naruto said, though his voice was tight with anxiety. "The doctor’s on the way. She’ll be fine, Boruto."

But Boruto’s heart raced with fear. He held Sarada’s hand, squeezing it tightly, as if that would bring her back. “Please… Sarada, don’t do this…”

They all stood in silence, waiting for the doctor to arrive, their hearts heavy with worry, especially Boruto’s, who couldn’t shake the fear of losing the person he loved most in the world.
