70: The Final Boss

"The final boss battle."

To make sure we're all on the same page, yes, we were on the other side of kamino now, in the ruins of another building.

Shigaraki gave me a glance. The wind tossed his grey hair in his face. For a second he hesitated before he tossed it away, his whole hand touching his face.

"All Might will see you as an enemy," Dabi told me suddenly, "He doesn't care that youre a student, he hardly cared about the explosion kid." Hatred layered his tone.

"I'll be fine," I muttered, "At least... I think so..." I felt weird, like I should throw something up.
Something being the quirks, I shouldn't have them.

"It won't be long until All Might comes," Bakugo muttered, "He'll fight the villain over there, right?"
Bakugo pointed at All for One.
The villain, our, or at least my, boss battle number two (for All Might had bought himself number 1) was fighting off some heroes. And he was doing a good job at it. The heroes couldn't even get close to him with the quirks still stocked up in him.

I slowly nodded at Bakugo.
"Let's hope that's all who he will fight."

"That guy is deranged," Magne sighed, "See Bakugo, you should join us—"

"Just because I'm worried about my ow safety— it doesn't mean I'll join your boy band!!"

"I'm not a boy though," I pointed at myself.

"That's not what I meant dammit!!"

The world seemed to shake, announcing the arrival of our boss battle.

"Do we have a plan?" Shigaraki asked me.

I shrugged.
"I've always been one to improvise."

Just a nod and Shigaraki prepared. His arms didn't do much.

Behind us All for One got thrown into a building as All Might shouted senseless things. That man had a screw loose and I don't even know which one.

"You're gonna fight without a quirk?" Dabi wondered aloud as he glanced at Shigaraki's fucked up arms.

"What else??" Shigaraki glared.

"You could punch!" Twice suggested, "You totally couldn't— what the hell happened to your arms!!"

I looked at the heroes who turned to us instead of All for One.

"Pay attention," I spoke, "This might be our last battle."

Toga used her knives, Compress his blue pearl things (what are they?), Magne her magnet, Dabi his fire and Twice some clones.

I sat down with Shigaraki, playing with a stone as I waited.

Bakugo stared at the fight ahead of us. The blue light of Dabi's face lit up his hair and face.
Slowly his red eyes turned to me.

"Why did you kidnap me?"

I rolled my eyes.
"Obviously it was Nezu's idea."

Shigaraki frowned.
"What?"

I nodded.
"The rat decided to—"

"What?" Bakugo said when another block of buildings got pushed to the ground by All Might and All for One.

"I was saying," I raised my voice, "Nezu planned this fight to happen! Something needed to start it. A kidnapped student."

"You knew I would never be a villain," Bakugo said with realisation in his eyes.

"Yeah, no shit," I huffed.
