Summary: It's was Tim to go back to Hogwarts after summer break and she needed to bring Raven with her. Professor Umbrigde did not like having a baby in her classroom.

The summer had been a whirlwind of joy and exhaustion. Lola and Mattheo had spent every moment possible adjusting to their new life as parents, savoring the little moments with Raven before the inevitable return to Hogwarts. But as the last days of summer slipped away, the reality of what awaited them crept in.

Lola had always loved Hogwarts, her friends, and the familiar routine of classes, but now, as a mother, things were different. She couldn't imagine leaving Raven behind. And so, after much discussion, it was decided: Raven would be coming with her.

Mattheo had been surprisingly supportive of the decision. They both agreed that it might be challenging, but it was the only option if they wanted to be a family and still maintain their responsibilities.

The night before the first day back at Hogwarts, Lola was packing her trunk in their small flat. Raven, now nearly eight months old, was nestled in her crib nearby, her tiny fingers wrapped around her favorite toy. She had already started crawling, and Lola couldn't believe how quickly the time had passed.

Mattheo stood in the doorway of their bedroom, watching her. "You sure about this?" he asked, his voice soft with concern.

Lola paused, glancing up at him. "I don't have a choice, Mattheo. I can't leave her behind. I'll find a way to make it work. We'll make it work."

"I just... I don't want you to feel like you're doing too much," Mattheo said. "You've already got enough on your plate."

Lola smiled and walked over to him, placing her hand gently on his cheek. "We're in this together, remember? And Raven will be fine. She'll be the first baby ever in a Hogwarts classroom."

Mattheo chuckled softly, a warm smile spreading across his face. "I have no doubt she'll steal the show."

The next morning, as the students gathered at the Hogwarts Express, Lola couldn't help but feel a mixture of excitement and nerves. She had a baby to care for, after all. But Raven, bundled up in a soft blanket, was already making herself at home in her mother's arms. The train ride was smooth, and Raven even managed to nap through most of it, leaving Lola with a sense of relief.

But when they arrived at the castle and entered the Great Hall for the Welcoming Feast, the atmosphere shifted. Professor Umbridge, who had returned to Hogwarts as the new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, was seated at the head table with her usual cold, judging expression.

Lola tried to keep her focus on the feast, but she could feel Umbridge's eyes boring into her from across the room. She knew that look-one of disapproval and disdain.

She sighed, adjusting Raven in her arms, trying not to draw attention. But it was impossible. As the meal proceeded, she felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned, expecting to see one of her friends, but instead, it was none other than Professor Umbridge herself, her sharp pink robes standing out in the sea of students and teachers.

"Miss Malfoy," Umbridge began, her voice saccharine sweet but filled with barely veiled contempt, "I trust you realize that Hogwarts is a school, not a daycare. It is highly inappropriate to bring a child into my classroom."

Lola stiffened, her fingers tightening around Raven. "Raven is my responsibility," Lola replied, her voice cool but firm. "I will not leave her behind, Professor."

Umbridge's eyes narrowed. "It is highly disruptive to have a child in the classroom. I trust you understand the need for discipline here at Hogwarts, Miss Malfoy."

Lola could feel her patience wearing thin, but she held it together, reminding herself that she wasn't just standing up for herself-she was standing up for Raven.

"Raven is no more disruptive than the students who constantly talk during your lessons, Professor," Lola said, her tone unwavering. "And if you don't mind, she'll be staying with me. She'll be a quiet presence, just like the rest of us."

Umbridge's lips pressed into a thin line, but she didn't respond right away. Instead, she sniffed haughtily, turning on her heel to leave, though not without sending a sharp, disapproving glance at the baby in Lola's arms.

Lola exhaled slowly, her tension easing as she watched Umbridge walk away.

"You handled that well," Mattheo said softly from behind her, giving her a comforting smile. "I think Umbridge was expecting you to back down, but she doesn't know you like I do."

Lola smiled wearily, glancing down at Raven, who was blissfully unaware of the tension in the room. "She'll just have to get used to it. I'm not going to let anyone make me feel guilty for being a mother."

The first few days at Hogwarts were a blur of classes and feeding schedules. Raven had settled into a small, comfortable corner of their shared dormitory, and Lola quickly adjusted to balancing her studies and being a mother. Mattheo was an immense help, taking turns watching Raven while Lola attended classes, but the stress of juggling both responsibilities was starting to show.

It wasn't long before Umbridge made her displeasure known again. As the days passed, she continued to make pointed comments, like telling Lola that babies didn't belong in a "proper" school setting, and that Raven's presence disrupted the learning environment. But Lola remained unfazed.

She was determined to make this work-for Raven, for Mattheo, and for herself. Hogwarts might have been a magical place, but it wasn't always kind, especially to someone like her-someone who didn't fit the traditional mold.

The real challenge came during their first Defense Against the Dark Arts class. Raven had been particularly fussy that morning, teething and needing extra attention, and by the time Lola entered Umbridge's classroom, she was already on edge.

"Miss Malfoy," Umbridge called sharply as Lola walked in with Raven in her arms, "You can't possibly expect to focus on your studies while carrying that child. I insist that you leave her in the common room."

Lola didn't hesitate. "She stays with me," she said firmly, walking further into the room.

Umbridge's face flushed with anger, her small, beady eyes narrowing dangerously. "You will regret this, Miss Malfoy."

Lola didn't back down, her gaze steady. "I don't think I will."

Despite the tension, Raven fell asleep halfway through the lesson, and it was almost as though the room had finally accepted her presence. Umbridge glared at the baby but didn't make another move to challenge Lola. For now, at least, Raven was proving to be her quiet little ally.

The rest of the class went on without incident, but Lola knew that it was just a matter of time before Umbridge would make another attempt to push her. But she was ready for it.

No one would make her feel like she didn't belong, not as a mother, and certainly not as a Malfoy. If anything, it made her more determined to prove them all wrong.

When the class finally ended, Lola stepped out into the hallway, Raven still peacefully asleep in her arms. Mattheo was waiting for her, a proud smile on his face.

"You were amazing," he said quietly, his eyes shining with admiration.

Lola looked down at Raven, her heart swelling with love and pride. "We're doing this together, Mattheo. And we're not going to let anyone make us feel like we're not enough."

He nodded, his hand resting gently on her back. "We're enough. All three of us."

And as they walked back toward the dormitory, Lola felt a quiet sense of triumph. It wasn't going to be easy. There would be more obstacles ahead. But with Mattheo by her side, and Raven in her arms, she was ready for whatever came next.
