Summary: Draco and Pansy were coming up with baby name but Raven chimed in and came up with a cute baby name for a girl.
Draco and Pansy sat together in the Slytherin common room, a list of baby names sprawled out in front of them. Pansy was leaning against Draco, absentmindedly twirling a quill between her fingers while Draco tapped his wand against the parchment, frowning.
“I don’t like any of these,” Draco muttered, crossing out yet another name.
Pansy rolled her eyes. “You don’t like anything.”
“That’s not true,” Draco defended. “I just don’t want my kid to have a ridiculous name.”
“Well, we can’t all be named Draco,” Pansy teased, smirking.
Before Draco could argue, a small voice suddenly chimed in.
“What about Luna?”
Draco and Pansy both turned to see Raven, standing there with her arms behind her back, rocking on her heels.
Draco raised an eyebrow. “Luna?”
Raven nodded enthusiastically. “Mhm! It means moon.” She grinned up at him. “And Mummy says you and her are like the moon and stars ’cause you always look out for each other. And now you’ll have a little moon to look after too!”
Pansy’s expression softened, her hand resting on her belly. “Luna…” she repeated, testing the name.
Draco was silent, staring at his niece. His heart did a weird, uncomfortable thing in his chest—like a mix between pride, love, and absolute adoration for the tiny human in front of him.
“…I like it,” he finally admitted.
Raven’s eyes lit up. “Really?!”
Pansy smiled, squeezing Draco’s hand. “Me too.”
Raven giggled, clearly pleased with herself. “Yay! Baby Luna!”
Draco rolled his eyes but couldn’t hide the small smile tugging at his lips. “Alright, alright. But don’t think this means you get to name all my future kids.”
Raven gasped, eyes wide with mischief. “Wait—you’re having more?!”
Pansy laughed while Draco groaned, realizing he had just made a terrible mistake.
