Summary:Raven summoned the dark lord and Voldemort was Alive and well

Lola felt like the ground had been ripped out from beneath her.

Raven—her daughter, her sweet little girl—stood before her with vacant, glassy eyes, her small fingers twitching at her sides. Bellatrix stood behind her, looking utterly delighted, twirling her wand between her fingers like this was some twisted game.

But nothing—nothing—could have prepared Lola for what happened next.

Raven lifted her hands.

And the air around them shifted.

Darkness seeped from the ground, tendrils of magic curling around Raven’s feet, snaking up her arms like black ink bleeding into the air. The forest shook, the temperature dropping so quickly that Lola could see her own breath.

Mattheo grabbed Lola’s arm. “Lola, stop her—”

But it was too late.

Raven’s lips parted, and a whispered incantation slipped past them.

The ground split open.

A burst of shadowed energy erupted into the sky, twisting and swirling, forming a shape—a presence that made Lola’s stomach churn with pure, unfiltered terror.

No.

No, no, no—

A figure emerged from the darkness.

Tall. Cloaked. Familiar.

The air filled with an icy stillness.

And then—

A voice. Cold. Merciless. Chilling.

“Did you miss me?”

Lord Voldemort had returned.
