"The only host left is the Nine Tails which belongs to Konoha. I think that will be the key to all of this. So, what do you say? Will you allow the Hokage to lead the alliance?"

Danzo expression remained humble. "If you'll have me, I would be honoured to take the position." He said, standing amongst the other Kage.

"Why him?!" The Raikage protested. "He is the embodiment of darkness in the ninja world! We cannot trust him!!"

"Then who?" Mifune asked, getting annoyed by the many objections the Raikage seemed to hold.

"No one from our village is involved with Akatsuki! I am the only one here who is trustworthy enough to-"

"I disagree." Mifune pointed to the large dint that the Raikage had created in the desk where he stood. He had created it earlier during their meeting, when his brother had been brought into the discussion. "It is true that emotion and power are necessary to lead so many strong warriors, but someone like you who lets his emotions control him will surely destroy the alliance, just as you destroyed that table."

The Raikage let out a low growl, gritting his teeth in frustration.

"The Kazekage is too young to lead," He continued. "The other countries will not accept him. Even addressing him as Kazekage is difficult for some. The Tsuchikage is too old on the other hand, and he has been used by the Akatsuki too many times. Kiri is the home of Akatsuki. If the Mizukage were in charge, there would be concerns about spies and information leaks. I don't know what Akatsuki plans to do with the tailed beats, but we cannot let them have the Nine Tails, and that beast belongs to Konoha. It is only right that the Hokage should-"

"I refuse to be a part of any alliance that required my village to reveal its secrets and intentions!" The Raikage protested.

It was as the Raikage began speaking in opposition that it was noticed. One of the Mizukage's guards picked it up, the small change in change in Danzo's chakra that he could sense with his byakugan. 

"Hokage!" He jumped down from the balcony where he stood. "Let me see beneath those eyes bandages!" He said.

Danzo's right eye was the eye of Shisui Uchiha, a shinobi who had the power to control a person's mind from one simple glance. 

Danzo had been controlling Mifune.

"You bastard!!" A was about to attack, but something nobody had expected happened, something nobody had sensed shot up from the ground in the centre of the U shaped desk.

"Hello~!" A being shot up from the flooring, pasty white skin with green hair... only half a body was on this being, and plant like spikes sprouted from the ground around him.

"Akatsuki?!" 

Akatsuki indeed.

Zetsu had made his presence known, a grin on his face as he glanced around the room. "Uchiha Sasuke is here somewhere... the question is... where?"

It was time for the game to begin.

"Let's all search for Sasuke!" His grin grew, his voice rising. "Come on!!"

The Raikage lunged forward in the blink of an eye, his large hand wrapping around Zetsu's neck. "Where is Sasuke Uchiha!?" He demanded. "If you don't answer me, I won't go easy on you!"
