"Why are you two smiling so much?" Tenten asked her teammate and friend from across the table they were seated at. 

They had gone out to dinner, the five of them sitting together at the place that quickly became Usagi's favourite restaurant in Ame. It was a traditional restaurant, one that served amazing dishes like udon and soba. But Usagi's favourite dish?

This place made the best mochi she had ever tasted. And it didn't just stop at mochi, they had dango and other sweets too. Anko would love this place.

"No reason." Usagi said, stuffing her mouth with food.

Tenten glared at Neji. "What are you hiding..."

He simply remained cool and composed. "We have nothing to hide."

"We?" The brown haired girl raised an eyebrow. "You guys are a 'we' now?"

It was Lee who answered that. "They have been a 'we' ever since they first began their youthful companionship." To say Lee approved of their relationship was an understatement. Lee was the one who was always suggesting Neji be more romantic and surprise Usagi with a beautiful array of coloured roses, or something cheesy like that.

If Lee found out Usagi and Neji were officially a married 'we', there was no way they would get away with a simple congratulations. 

The two had decided to keep their union a secret for the time being. Their friends and family would all want a ceremony should they find out, and with a war coming up, they didn't need that on their plate. 

They already had enough to deal with. At least now they would deal with their problems together.

But together had to be in secret, for a little while anyway. 

The only other person who would know for the time being was Tsunade, so she could have a copy of their marriage forms for the files in Konoha.

"How's Konoha?" Usagi asked, changing the tone of the conversation. She felt like it had been far too long since her last visit, and was curious as to how the village was.

"It's almost as good as new!" Guy said with a laugh. "The repairs have come along much faster than we had planned, a large chunk has already been completely rebuilt!" After Pain's attack, most of the village had been destroyed. Usagi was glad to hear things were almost back to normal.

"The Hyuga complex has been rebuilt already." Neji said, a slight bitter tone as he spoke. "And it looks identical to how the old one looked."

Usagi wanted to say something, but she knew she couldn't right then. So instead of speaking, she gently placed a hand over Neji's leg under the table where they sat. He may have gotten over his grudge about his father, but that didn't mean he agreed with the old fashioned views his clan still held. Honestly... he couldn't wait for Hinata or Hanabi to take over. 

"Oh, Usagi." Lee broke the short silence that had fallen across the table. "Naruto told me to give you a message." She looked up, taking her hand off of Neji's leg and bringing it back up to the tabletop. "He said something about jinchuriki... and..." Lee frowned, his speech trailing off to a halt.

Tenten exhaled. "You don't remember what he said, do you?"

"I know he said whatever it was with great care."
