I've been wanting to do this storyline for ages now so I hope it works out how I hoped it would

Here we go...

"Connor will you please put your phone on silent, I'm tired of hearing your text tone" James sighed only Connor was not aware that anybody was actually speaking to him, all he was focuses on was the beautiful girl he was speaking to on Twitter.

"Who are you even talking to anyway, you've been glued to your phone for weeks now" James continued, sitting down on the sofa next to him and throwing an arm around his shoulders.

"Someone" he muttered, turning his phone away from James so he couldn't read anything over his shoulder.

"And someone would be?" He asked, nudging him with his shoulder.

"Just... someone" he sighed, jumping up from the sofa and rushing into the kitchen where Brad was. "Brad, I don't know what to do anymore" pulling out a chair from the table and slumping down onto it.

"Why, what's happened now?" Brad sympathised, joining him at the table and resting his hand in his back, attempting to give him at least a small amount of comfort.

"I just, I know that I only met her through Twitter and that she's a fan but I really like her and she's not obsessed with the fact that I'm in her favourite band. But, the thing is that she always refuses to send me a cute selfie and anything that proves that she is who she says she is and don't even get me started on what happens if I suggest that we meet up" he explained.

"Well, when you speak to her on the phone does her voice match her photo?" Brad asked cautiously as he knew that Connor was sensitive about this.

"Well yes but, that doesn't explain why she doesn't want to meet up with me" he sighed once again placing his hands on his head and tugging at the roots of his hair.

"It's up to you mate. I mean if you want to keep talking to her then go ahead but you never know she might be one of those... What are they called? Um, catfish people?" He spoke before giving Connors shoulder a squeeze and leaving him alone with his own thoughts.

Meanwhile you were having problems of your own. "Y/n, what have I told you about boys? Especially boys on the Internet?" Your mum shouted at you for the millionth time.

"I know mum but, he's different. He's not like boys from around here, he's respectful and he's kind and he knows what he wants in life" you defended.

"What do you mean 'from around here'?" She spoke slowly. Why did you have to say that?

"Mum I just..."

"No, y/n, what do you mean that he's not like boys from around here. Where is he from?" She demanded.

"Well, you see, he's from Birmingham" straight after you said this you could feel her eyes on you and you refused to look up.

"No, give me your phone I'm not allowing this" you finally looked up and saw her with her hand out waiting for you to hand over the phone.
