You followed the old woman as she led you further into the forest, taking caution of your steps because the ground was vaguely muddy because the rain from last night. Last night...

The memory of the trickles of raindrops falling down on you... Baron's hand caressing your cheek... his soft, soft lips on yours...

Your hand automatically touched your lips at the thought; you could still feel the kiss linger on your lips... the sweet, tingling sensation... You then shook your head when you were reminded of the task at hand, you're going to save Jack and Hiccup, but all you can think about is kissing
Baron, god! What is wrong with you?

"So," you spoke, dispelling the eerie silence between you and the old woman. "What kind of danger is Hiccup and Jack in?"

The woman glanced back at you for a moment before replying, "They're at the end of this forest,"

"The end?" you repeated.

She gave a light nod. "Yes, but there's also a cliff at the end, they've gone off of it and under the water."

"What...?" the word fell off your lips in a quiet whisper. "A-are they dead...?"

The old woman shook her head. "I don't think so, or else their bodies would've floated up to the surface by now."

You swallowed the lump that you didn't know had formed in your throat; the thought of Jack and Hiccup's bodies lying dead and lifeless is able to make your heart shatter, you'd have no idea what would happen if you saw it happen right in from of your eyes.

"H-how did you even find them...?" you inquired, never taking off your gaze on her. "How did you even find me?"

"I was actually with you all along your journey to here, I was always standing by my husband's side, watching out for him, making sure he doesn't do anything stupid." Her thin lips tugged at the edges when she said the last part. "And I was at the park when he talked to you about me, and then I saw you got kidnapped," she sighed. "I couldn't just not go after you."

"Wait, so you've been with me through the entire time I've been kidnapped until now?" you asked in disbelief.

She nodded hesitantly.

"A-and you've seen everything that I'd done since I got kidnapped...?" you became hesitant yourself, cringing at the thought that she might've spotted you with Jack, Hiccup and Baron.

"Yes," you could see that she was stifling a smile, and you felt as though you just wanted to die right then and there. "And I have to say, you are in quite a sticky situation that you are in. Three boys, that is just..."

You sighed, shutting your eyes for a second before reopening them again. "I know..."

"Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be able to choose the right one." She turned back to give you a warm smile, the kind that your mom usually gives to reassure when you're insecure about something.

You smiled back and continued moving along with her through the trees of the forest.

"But I've got to admit," you said. "I much prefer the chief's brother. He seems to be much passionate about you."

You blushed crimson at the thought that she might've seen what happened with Baron last night... the assumption is impossibly embarrassing.

"And I think the chief himself is a bit bossy if I do say so myself," she carried on, and you had to let out a laugh at that.

"He's actually a really good guy if you get to know him." You defended Hiccup.

"Oh, and the one with the white hair," she proceeded. "He reminds me so much of my son, so playful and happy."

You couldn't help but think back to all the times Jack had made you laugh when you're upset or when the two of you would have snowball fights or just skate. They are one of the best memories that you'd ever have of him.

Suddenly, the old woman came to a stop; you immediately became alerted. "Wha-what's happening? Why did you st-"

"Shh," the old woman raised up a hand to silence you. She then took another moment before jerking her gaze to you. "He's here, we have to move faster!"

"Wh-Who's here?!" you questioned her when she urgently grabbed your arm and pulled you as she ran through the forest.

"Quick! We don't have much time!" she warned, her pace quickened with each step. "He's catching up on us!"

"Wh-who is?!" you kept asking but she never answered.

Just then, you noticed dark smoke cover your surroundings, covering the trees beside you the two of you as you moved forward. "Faster! We have to-oh no..." the old woman gasped, and in a blink of an eye, you felt her grasp on your arm vanished, and a loud scream filled the air.

Your eyes instantly widened, darting around to search for her but you couldn't see anything now... nothing but darkness.

"Hello again, (Y/N)." a cold yet familiar voice spoke from behind you.

You snapped around and you felt another lump forming in your throat as the name fell from your lips.

"Pitch."
