"So..." You spoke as you walked beside the boy, "Do you live here?"

"Me?" Hiccup raised an eyebrow, "No otherwise I would know where I'm going." He chuckled.

"Oh... right..." You felt heat rush to your cheeks as you brushed your hair out of your face.

"How about you?" Hiccup asked.

"Yeah... my parents and I just moved here."

"Do you like it?" Hiccup stopped walking, turning to face you. You sighed. "The language is hard" You exclaimed loudly. Hiccup burst into laughter.

"What?" A grin tugged at the edge of your lips.

"It's just that- the only thing you don't like about Sweden is the language because it's hard!"

"Well it is." You giggled. Hiccup stopped laughing, rolling his eyes. "You'll get it eventually." He smirked as he started walking again. You followed next to him, blushing slightly from him comment. This boy was already making you feel different... but you had to admit you liked it.

"How long are you here for?" You asked curiously.

"About a week I think... It could be longer but-"

"What do you need from a blacksmith?" You interrupted. Hiccup shot you a curious sideways glance. "That's for me to know and you to find out." He chuckled. You rolled your eyes. "So secretive." You stopped abruptly as Stormo's appeared before you. "Well I guess this is it?" You turned to face Hiccup. He was staring at you. You blushed slightly and turned away. "I'll see you around." You mumbled.

"Definitely." Hiccup replied. You turned to face him, smirking. Hiccup grinned back. "Tomorrow?" he asked. You nodded thoughtfully, "Do you even know my name?"

"Does it matter?" Hiccup raised an eyebrow.

"I just thought you might be curious." You shrugged, "By the way it's (Y/N)."

"Well then, (Y/N), can I see you tomorrow?" Hiccup chuckled, moving his hand through his hair.

"Sure." You smiled.

"Then it's a date." Hiccup exclaimed proudly.

"Wait... a what-"

Hiccup didn't hear you. He had already disappeared into the shop.

The first thing you noticed when you got home was that you were wearing your pajamas.

"No way." You whispered. You had walked the whole way to Stormo's and back in your pajamas! You shrugged it off, slightly embarrassed as you walked back to your room as quietly as you could. You opened the door and slid inside, collapsing on your bed.

"Wow." Was all you said as you stared at the roof, images of Hiccup racing through your mind. The boy had been amazing. Kind. Not to mention he was handsome. But he had called it a date? A date with someone you didn't even know! You didn't want that but he had been charming... And maybe he was just kidding. Yeah... that already sounded like Hiccup.

Your phone rang, snapping you out of your thoughts.

"Hello?" You picked it up.

"Hey, snowflake."

"Jack?" You asked, "Since when did you have a phone? You've never used one before."

"Yeah I know... but I've been thinking-" He paused.

"You've been thinking..." You prompted. He was silent for a few seconds before continuing. "You know how you asked me to stay?"

You blushed and sighed. You climbed under your mountain of blankets, holding the phone to your ear.

"Are you there?" Jack asked.

"Yes." You whispered.

"Great. You know technology is a pain! I don't know why you use it."

You giggled. "Neither do I." You heard Jack groan. "Anyway," he said, "I was wondering if I could ask you something?"

"Sure." You could feel the butterflies forming in your stomach. You think you knew what he was going to ask you.

"Well... I've been thinking and I was wondering if- you know?" You heard Jack groan again. Obviously he was finding this hard.

"It's ok, Jack." You smiled slightly even though you knew he couldn't see you. Jack sighed. "Can we talk about this tomorrow?"

"I have-"

"Great, I'll see you then." The phone went dead. You stared, stunned, at the electronic in your hand. Annoyed, you stared at the ceiling, exhausted but also too worked up to fall asleep. Now you had to see two people in one day. Mom would be happy... You sighed, thoughts racing through your mind. This was going to be a long night.
