"Yeah I know! Seriously... who would want to lose a gorgeous piece of cement bubblegum like me?" Jack smirked. You rolled your eyes and playfully hit the boy on the side of the head. He grabbed your hand and held it behind your head. You looked into his crystal blue eyes, smirking.

"Can I ask you something, Frosty?" You asked.

"No, you can't." He rolled his eyes.

"Aww, why?" You pouted. He raised an eyebrow.

"Please, can I ask you a question?" You bit your lip.

"You just did, snowflake." Jack whispered.

You shook your head slowly, a grin tugging at the edge of your lips. "Do you have any idea how to speak Swedish?"

"Why would I need to speak Swedish?" Jack looked genuinely puzzled.

"So you can?" You asked, folding your arms across your chest.

"I didn't say that." Jack stood up, holding out his hand. You took it and he pulled you to your feet. He smiled. 'I can say a few things... You know just the stuff I hear while I'm working.'

"Oh really?" You raised an eyebrow, "Like what?"

"Hej Kompis." He chuckled, waving mockingly.

"Isn't it Hola Amigo?" You laughed. Jack shook his head. "So clueless." He muttered jokingly, "Hola Amigo is Spanish... not Swedish. I don't know how you're going to survive here."

You sighed. "In all honesty... neither do I. But I have to try. For my parents... I mean this job is really important to my dad..." You trailed off.

Jack placed his hand under your chin, raising it so you faced him. "But it's not what you want."

You sighed. "No. But it's what my parents think is best for me."

"It's going to be ok." Jack smiled comfortingly, "You know Sweden isn't all that bad... There are mountains and parks and you'll make heaps of friends... Although no boys allowed." He chuckled, "And I can also make it snow so that we can hang out together."

"I'd like that." You giggled, rolling your eyes "And seeing as you're offering... Do you want to do something fun?"

"Did you really just ask the spirit of fun if he wants to do something fun?" Jack looked offended.

"So you don't want to." You said in mock sadness, casting your eyes on the ground.

"Well that hurts my feelings." Jack sighed, "I thought you knew me better than that." Jack had a hurt expression on his face. You looked up, a huge smile as you burst out laughing. "Sometimes I think I know how to get to you too well." You chuckled. Jack slid his fingers into his hair, brushing it out of his face as a red tinge covered his cheeks. "Not even North can trick me like that." He admitted.

"Oh, c'mon." You rolled your eyes, "That was barely a trick."

Jack moved away from you, jumping up onto the bench and walking along it. "And what might your idea of fun be?" He asked.

You winked at him. "Come with me and I'll show you."

"You've got to be kidding." Jack moaned. You both stood in your room. Jack turned to face you. "This is not fun!" he complained.

You shrugged. "It's more fun than jumping off a cliff."

"What? Why would anyone want to jump off a cliff?"

"You probably would." You shrugged. Jack touched his chin thoughtfully. "But why that example?" He questioned.

"It was just an example." You walked towards the collection of boxes and sighed. "This is going to sound really strange but I really don't want to do this."

"Yeah... unpacking boxes isn't exactly my idea of fun either." Jack moaned. You glared at him. "I meant because it feels like I'm... I don't know... I feel like I'm letting everything go." You looked at the roof, biting your lip as you held back tears.

"You know... you still have me." Jack suddenly appeared next to you, taking your hands in his. You looked down at your entwined fingers, smiling.

"You're an amazing friend, Frosty." You whispered.

"Yeah." Jack dropped your hands, "Friends." He moved away from you. You stared after him puzzled but you shrugged it off.

"You know you really don't have to help me do this." You smirked as Jack grabbed a box.

"It didn't sound like I had a choice before." Jack chuckled, opening the first box. He paused, turning. "Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a boyfriend?" He asked.

Your eyes widened in surprise. "What?"

"You heard me." Jack chuckled.

"Well... I've had plenty of boyfriends-"

"Have you?" Jack raised an eyebrow. He could tell you were lying.

"Haven't you?" You bit your lip, trying not to blush.

"Have I had boyfriends? No... But I have had a girlfriend." Jack shrugged.

You smiled kindly at him. "What was it like?" You asked.

"It was... it was perfect." Jack whispered. You felt a pang of jealousy. "What was her name?" You asked.

Jack didn't answer. He turned and examined the boxes. "What's this?" he held up a teddy bear. You felt heat flood to your face. "Umm..."

"It looks like an evil elf." Jack mumbled, chucking it at you. "They always get under your feet but they are the best to prank!"

You laughed. "And you would know?"

You picked up the teddy bear and placed it on your bed. You moved to Jack's side. "What's this?" He asked.

"It's a dress." You raised an eyebrow. Jack held it against you. "Why have I never seen you wear it?"

"Dresses aren't really my thing." You admitted. You grabbed the dress out of Jack's arms and held it against him. "You know this could look really good on you." You joked. "And we could style your hair and give you make-up." You moved Jack's hair across his face, smiling at his horror-filled expression. "You wouldn't!" He growled.

You chuckled. "Thanks Jack." You whispered.

"For what?"

"For making me feel better."
