   Y/N'S POV

  As I leaned back in my chair, I noticed something sticking out of my window. I got up and walked over to it, before I picked it up and examined it. It was a picture Jason and I took this summer, and my smile dropped.
  A few days ago, I confronted Jason about the job offer I had received from one of the top businesses in the country. Jason was happy about it at first, but then I told him about how long it actually was. His smile immediately dropped, which I would never want to see again.

  I did not want to leave either, but this was a once and a lifetime opportunity for me. Doesn't he understand? What was I not understanding? Of course, I wanted the job, but was it worth leaving Jason over?
  I was quick to say "no," but I was tired of sitting around and doing nothing. Jason had done more than enough for me, but I needed something to prove how appreciative I was of him.

  What are you going to do, Y/N? You cannot break his heart; especially, if you are head over heels for the guy.

  I was pushed out of my thoughts by someone knocking on my door. I opened it and saw Tim Drake, Dick Grayson, and Damian Wayne standing there. I just let them come in, before they all crashed in my room.

  Dick was upside down and said,"N/N, what are you doing? Wait, is that luggage? WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!!"

  I laughed, while Tim and Damian had the same expression on their face.

  Damian sat up and said,"L/N, we are not here to push you into anything, but we are here to talk. Please sit and listen."

  Damian giving me orders, huh? I just obeyed and sat down. Dick flipped over and sat down beside me, before Damian sat down in front of me.

  Tim took my other side while he said,"How much time before your flight leaves?"

  I looked at the clock and said,"About a few hours. I have plenty of time, so please enlighten me, Bat-bros."

  Dick chuckled, then he quickly got back to business saying,"Do you really want this job?"

  "I want it more than anything, but I do not want to see Jason hurt again. He has been through enough, and I will just make it worse. If he is not with me, then I do not want to go anywhere else. All he ever wanted was the best for me and now that I have got it, I am still not happy. Why is that, Grayson? What am I not seeing?"

  Dick made me look at him, but Tim softly said,"You are not seeing it, because you also made a promise to Jason to love him and be by his side no matter what, and you do not want to break that either. Y/N, I know it feels like this is the hardest decision in the world, but it is not."

  I looked at Tim confused, and he looked stuck himself.

  Damian pushed him over and rolled his eyes saying,"Take a seat, Drake. I got this. What Drake means to say is, that no job is worth losing the person you love most in the world. Other opportunities will come around, but the perfect individual for you will be a challenge to find a second time. Todd needs you, just like you need him. You two are perfect for each other, so do not let it go to waste. Think about it, L/N."

  I nodded and sniffed saying,"Wow, thanks Damian."

  Damian nodded, and Dick held out his hand saying,"Ready to take the next step and talk to him?"

  I took a deep breath and said,"Ready as I will ever be. Let's do this, Grayson."

  The boys all smiled, before they led me back to Wayne Manor. Once we arrived at Wayne Manor, it was pouring down hard. Perfect timing, huh? As I walked towards the front door, I noticed Jason leaning on his Mustang.

  Dick kissed my cheek and squeezed my shoulder saying,"Good luck, Y/N. You have got this."

  I smiled and kissed his cheek, before I made my way over to Jason.

  I guess Jason could hear me, because he lifted his head and said,"Hey, babe. Leaving?"

  When Jason said that, I could see the pain and hurt in his eyes.

  I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around his neck saying,"No, I am not. Jay, I am not going anywhere. Not without you."

  Jason looked at me shocked and said,"Really? Wait, no!! You need to get on that plane. I am sorry for making you feel guilty, but I am supposed to be supportive."

  I pushed Jason's hands away and cupped his face saying,"Relax, Jay, there will be other opportunities out there for me. I know it is a great job, but it is not worth losing the best man I have ever known. You have always been there for me and I realize that we have to make sacrifices, no matter how hard those sacrifice may be. You do not get to choose my battles, Jason, I do. Let me, okay? I love you so much."

  Tears poured down Jason's face, before he pulled me in for a hug saying,"I love you, too, Y/N, more than you know. I love you, too."

  I smiled and leaned more into Jason's embrace. I was glad I made this decision to stay with him. I was not going to say that I was not hurting, but that was pushed away with not losing the man I loved. If I left, I would have been so far away from Jason. I couldn't ask him to wait for me, because who knew what could have happened happen to both of us then?
