    Y/N'S POV

   "Hey, Cait, what do you think about this dress?"

  Caitlin and I were out shopping in one of the local stores in Central City, while Barry was working with Cisco on some new investigation.
  I knew Barry would rather be out here watching Caitlin and I, but I told him his job was more important. Barry had been in trouble with his boss too many times already, between Devoe and every other meta-human that had appeared.

  Caitlin said,"I like it. What do you think?"

  "I like it, too, but I think Barry will make me take it back."

  Caitlin laughed and smiled at me, before I bought the dress. Caitlin and I went to a few other stores, but our shopping had come to an end. We heard high pitched screaming coming from a block away.

  I took Caitlin's hand and rushed us back towards my car, but I noticed a huge wave coming towards the two of us. I immediately left the car and dragged Caitlin and I back towards the shopping plaza.
  When we were a safe distance from the chaos, it wasn't really a safe distance. Next thing I knew, the water had flooded most of the area. You couldn't even see the street anymore, and I was sure this was in result of another meta.

  I looked at Caitlin, and she said,"Y/N, look!!"

  I looked in front of us and saw a young boy, who was holding on to one of the traffic light poles. I overheard a woman yelling for someone, so I assumed it was his mother.

  Was she not going to come and get her son herself? Why do they always leave the kid?

  I immediately gave my bags to Caitlin, but she grabbed my arm saying,"Y/N, we don't know what's causing this. The amount of water could cause some damage to your system. We don't know where it's coming from, or even who's causing it. You're going in there without knowing what you're up against."

  I replied,"But the lady will have her kid, and she won't leave him this time."

  Caitlin sent me a look, but the water had risen a few feet. We were inside one of the shops, so I found an opening.
  I swam through it and towards the boy, but I felt something grab my foot. I looked back and saw a chord was wrapped around my foot. I grabbed a floating sharp object and cut it, then I swam to the boy.

  Once I reached the surface, he coughed and I let out a deep breath.

  I asked him,"Hey, you okay?"

  He nodded and buried his face in my neck, before I said,"Hey, I need you to hold your breath for as long as you can, okay? You ready?"

  He slowly nodded, and I gave him a few seconds, then I dove back into the water. I swam him over to his mother, leading them both a good distance away from it all.
  When I was able to breathe, his mother thanked me and left with her son. Before the boy left, he waved to me. I smiled and waved back to him, but then I heard a chuckle. I almost turned around, but I was thrown through the shoe store's window.

  That was when everything went black.

   SOME TIME LATER..

  I groaned and looked at Barry, Cisco, Caitlin, and Joe.

  Joe said,"Y/N, are you okay? I'm sorry I wasn't there to watch you and Caitlin."

  I sent Joe a weak smile and said,"Joe, don't worry about me. I'm here. I'm fine. Caitlin and I were able to get some things, so we're good."

  Cisco laughed and said,"Yeah, so when were you going to tell us you had powers?"

  I said,"I don't have...Shut up!! No, I don't. What do I have? Speed like Barry? Cold powers like Caitlin?"

  Barry replied,"No. You have the ability to control water. That's cool, Y/N!!"

  I rolled my eyes and mumbled,"No it's not."

  Barry said,"Yes, it is. Honey, you should be more excited. I wish I had that ability."

  I sarcastically said,"Yeah, cause The Flash is so great."

  I held up my fake flag and waved it, while Barry said,"You're so mean, N/N. So mean. Joe, do you hear this?"

  I chuckled and pulled Barry in for a kiss. Barry kissed back and rested his hand on my arm, to which I immediately slapped his hand away.

  Barry got up and said,"I'm finding a new girlfriend."

  I replied,"You do that and bring Oliver back with you. We'd be perfect together."

  Barry shut the door behind him, and Caitlin said,"Y/N, you have a cruel sense of humor. Is that your way of showing Barry you love him?"

  I said,"Yes. It's why he fell in love with me. He tries to hide it and act annoyed, but it brings him closer to me. We're Y/N and Barry Allen. He wouldn't know what to do without me."

  Joe chuckled and kissed my forehead saying,"I'm sure, Y/N. I'm sure. You get some rest. I mean it. Don't you dare stay up watching Hannah Montana re-runs."

  I nodded and Joe walked out, along with Caitlin and Cisco. Barry came back in a few moments later, and he had a blanket with him.
  
  He got in with me and wrapped the blanket around both of us.

  I said,"Barry, can you bring a TV in here?"

  Barry sent me a look, and I gave him one right back.

  He quickly said,"Y...Yeah, sure. No problem, baby. Be right back."

  Barry ran in and out in a matter of seconds. Barry slid back in next to me, and I immediately found Hannah Montana.

  Barry smiled and yelled,"Yes!! Now, this is the show!! Y/N, we gotta start from Season 1."

  I laughed at Barry and pecked his lips, before I found the earliest episode of Season 1. Barry and I immediately got comfortable, but then Joe peeked his head in the door.
  I immediately paused it, and Barry talked to Joe. Joe looked at me and raised an eyebrow, then he left. Barry and I immediately grew excited, then we started watching our favorite show to pass along the time.
