Question: If I were to become a real writer for DC Comics, could I count on you all to be there to continue to read my books and give me feedback on what you think of my books?
One more question. This one is really just because I'm curious: Why do you all read my books? Do they inspire you? Do they help you? Is it just because you're bored? Honestly, I really want to know.
Y/N'S POV
I did not care much for people knowing my whole life story, but mine had not been the greatest. I used to work alongside THE Batman, whom was one of the most idolized heroes in the world.
Yes, there were others, but Batman was Batman. There would always be something about him that people felt so entitled to have in their life. Well, I did not always feel that way. Batman trusted me, but he was not a big fan of my ideals and talents.
Batman liked things his way; however, I hated his way. Batman was great; very great, but how much could you really get done if you pitied everyone you came up against? There were times where we would bump heads, which would result in me running off or completely ignoring him for a few weeks.
At the end of the day, he was my mentor, so I had to come back around and apologize for my actions. So much for an apology, when my mother betrayed me and helped Joker get to me. Some mother, right? Joker ended up beating me for what felt like an eternity, to which I still had scars and bruises from today.
There was an explosion and that was the last thing I remembered, before I ended up at the League with Talia al Ghul and Rā's al Ghul. Rā's did not seem happy with the fact that Talia trained me, but I was still glad I had another chance at being out there again.
Eventually, I began to realize that Talia was only helping me because she was trying to get Bruce's attention. As cute as that was, I remembered Bruce well enough to know that he probably hadn't even thought about Talia.
I made my own decision to leave, but every so often, Rā's would visit me and remind me how much of a heart attack I would give Bruce, or Batman, if he ever saw me.
Since I wasn't who I really used to be, well since I don't really remember who I was, I actually wanted to see Bruce and figure out who I was. Something told me I didn't want to know or be reminded. My nightmares from what happened with Joker were already constant, so I didn't need anything else to make my dreams worse.
Right now, I was getting ready to intervene in an arms deal. I had nothing else to do, until one of my best friends I had come to make barged inside my apartment.
I said,"Jasmine, I really have to go stop an-"
She pulled me back saying,"No. Let Batman or the police handle it. We are going out to dinner tonight. It's being thrown by Mr. Wayne himself. It's free! We can't not go!!"
