Damian was on patrol as Robin and was currently making his way back to the Batcave when a shadow blocked the setting sun. He covered his eyes and peered up to see- no, it can't be! This is impossible!
Dick Grayson in some kind of grey uniform flipping down beside him. Only a few feet away with that dopey grin on his face.
Damian's breath caught in his throat. He was seeing things again. That's it. This isn't real. He isn't real-
Dick engulfed the small boy in a hug. Damian let out a shaky breath and hugged the man tighter. He smelt like him, felt like him-
"Y-you're alive?!"
"You're alive!"
Dick was so happy to be home and missed his little brother so much.
