Chapter 4

I've been at auntys Denise's 13 days and it's my birthday tomorrow and mum or jess haven't contacted me since I left nearly two weeks ago,I mean am I gunna end up staying here for my birthday without seeing my family..Denise is being over lovely but my cousins jake and Jodie are the most annoying kids ever,who'd choose to have 7 year old twins eh,haha. What I don't understand is why they haven't contacted me,ugh,I know they wanted a break from me but I didn't think they ment full on blank me and I thought it was just a week.

Walking downstairs to see my auntie sat sipping on her cup of tea and reading her morning paper,I cleared my throat to get her attention. She looked up put the paper down and smiled.

D: hello love how are you

M: yeh I'm good I suppose

D: you sure..you look abit down

M: as the days go by I miss my mam,brothers and sister more and more and they haven't even contacted me to see how I am which isn't like them and it was excited for tomorrow but now I'm not quite sure

D: oh I'm sure they will say something tomorrow there not gunna leave you out on your birthday

M: huh..yeh I suppose,I'm just gunna grab some food then maybe go for a walk

D: no you need to stay in today..storm yeh..there's a really bad storm on it's way

M: erm okay,I'll just grab some food then I'll be in the conservatory watching a film and on my ipad

D: yeh better idea love

I turned on my heels and then went to make some toast and a cup of tea. The twins where sat in the kitchen on there tablet things,playing games,they smirked at me when I walked in and I just smiled 'auntie Libby' Jodie spoke

M: I'm your cousin jades

J: mam said we can call you that

M: fine yes whatever..what's up

J: is it your birthday tomorrow

M: huh..yeh

Ja: why so upset then

M: you know when you miss someone so much it hurts

J: you mean like we miss our dad

M: not as bad as that kids...I miss my mum and siblings lots but I can see them again I just don't know when

Ja: I'm sure they'll see you soon

M: yeah me too..I'm just not quite sure when..I really wanted to see them for my birthday but I guess not

Ja: why are you even here anyways

M: hang on,let me get my bru and toast and I'll sit with use and explain...

M: well I have this problem..well not problem but we can call it that..anger issues I take special tablets to help me calm down and be good but they don't work and I don't really take them and it gets me very hyper and annoyed and very angry and auntie Janet can't really cope with me anymore and Jess and josh and john they can't either and we needed a break but I've been having problems at school and it's put more stress on my shoulders and everything keeps kicking off and that's why I'm here to have a break from them but when they said a break I thought they'd keep in touch but I guess there break was a goodbye forever,I mean 3 suitcases with all my stuff in for a week I don't think so I should of gathered

J: are you crying

Ja: yeh auntie lib are you crying

M: I guess I am,yes
