"Come on run!" I said running while giggling.
"I'm coming alright. It's not fair you're faster!" He screamed back. We were running because I wanted to show him a special place.
"Okay we're here," I said slowing down he finally reached me and looked around with wide eyes.
"Wow Mia, this place is awesome! How did you find it?" he said astonished.
"I was walking my dog and she brought me here!" I explained happily.
"It's amazing" It really wasn't, it was just the beach but it was beautiful at sunset. I brought him over to my spot by the rocks and we watched the sun go down.
"I wanted to show you this place because this is now our spot. Whenever we are just having an off day or want to hang out we go here whenever we want. No rules except don't throw up on the rock" We both laughed at the last part.
"Thanks, Mia this place is awesome I promise I won't break your rules" I smiled.
"Hey, dude. Can you promise me something?" I hesitantly asked.
"Anything" He replied.
"Promise me that we will always be best friends. And if one day we aren't, we will find each other again and be friends again?".
"I don't wanna break that promise but that's a big promise" I frowned and looked down.
"But-" I looked back at him and waited for his answer.
"I promise"
