Tanner's POV

These past 4 months have been the best. Our baby is doing really well, perfectly healthy, and tomorrow we are going to find the gender of the baby. I hope it's a girl!

Me and Mia are just hanging out in our house. We had some friends over today, but they left not to long ago. I sat next to me, and but my hand on her baby bump. It isn't big, but you could notice it, and I'm so happy that we got to this point. Sometimes if I rug her stomach, the baby will kick, and that just makes my day. It makes my day because I know that our baby is alive and healthy "I can't wait for tomorrow" Mia said excitedly "I know how you feel, I can't wait to know if baby Fox is a boy or a girl" "Oh and then we can do a gen get reveal, it'll be fun. We'll have friends and family, and then we'll announce it in your vlog too!" She clapped her hand. I laughed at her cuteness. She sighed and said "I'm gonna go to the store" "I can go for you" "No it's fine Tanner, you've been an amazing husband with taking care of me, I want you to relax. I'm just going to the store to get some things for the house" "Are you sure you don't want me to come with you?" I asked concerned. She stood up and kissed my cheek "I'll be fine, don't worry. I'll be back before you know it!" I sighed in defeat "Alright, but call me when you get there!" She laughed and shook her head "Will do sheriff" I kissed her lips, and she walked to the garage.

Mia's POV

Once I got to the store, I texted Tanner saying I got here safely. I put my phone away, and started shopping. I looked at the list I made, and started grabbed everything.

I finally got everything, and I'm putting everything into the car. We recently got a new car, because, well I don't think you can fit a baby seat in a GTR. We just got a simple car. It's an Audi, but it isn't an SUV, it's a small car which is perfect for us. I closed the trunk, and got into the car. Before I turned on the car, I texted Tanner saying I was coming home. I put my phone away, and started the car. While I was driving back, the baby kicked and I smiled, I can't wait to find out the gender of the baby. I stopped at a red light, and sat back in my seat, waiting for the light to change. I put my hand on my stomach, and the light changed. I sat up and put my hands back on the wheel, and started to drive. I was almost onto the other side of the road, when I saw bright lights, and heard a car horn. When I looked to my right, it was too late, and all I saw was black.

Oh no.

Tanner's POV

I've been watching tv for so long, I didn't even know what time it was. I checked my phone to see what time it was, and I became worried. It was 8:36, Mia left at 7, it's been an hour and thirty six minutes since she's left. Where is she? I went into my contacts and called her phone. It rang 3 times before she picked up "Mia, where are you? Are you okay?" "Sir, this is the San Diego police. I'm afraid your wife has been in a serious car accident" My heart stopped and I couldn't talk, I felt a physical lock in my throat. Tears clouded my vision, and I finally found my voice "Is she okay?" "She is being put in the ambulance now, she might have some serious injuries, all we know is that she has a broken hand. We also realized that she's pregnant, and we're paying extra attention to that" I sighed "What hospital is she being taken to?" "Saint Ridges" (idfk I hospital name) "Thank you sir" I hung up my phone and jumped off the couch. I grabbed my keys and jacket, and ran to the garage. I opened the car door, and started it immediately. I backed out of the garage, and sped away like a mad man.

I finally got to the hospital, and I called her family telling them what happened. I also called Hailey and Jake, and they're coming asap. I ran into the hospital, and straight to the receptionist "Um excuse me. Have you received a young women, pregnant? She's my wife and she's been in a serious accident" "Let me check sir" She typed something into her computer and said "What's her name?" "Mia Marie Fox, she's 19" She went back to we computer, and said "She's just been admitted, she is in urgent care right now, you can't see her yet. I will tell you when she is able to see people" "Does it say if she's stable?" "Not yet, but they're working on it, they're checking your baby right now sir" I sighed in some kind of relief "Thank you" I walked into the waiting area, and sat down. I put my head in my hands, and started thinking. The only emotion I've shown it worry. I haven't shown saddens, anger, or anything else. I started thinking of things I shouldn't, like if she died, or if the baby doesn't make it. I started crying, waiting I lose both of them? I can't lose them. I started to sob, thank god no one else is in the waiting room. I felt someone tap my shoulder, I looked up to see Jake. I stood up, and he gave me a bro hug. "Tanner, don't worry, she's going to be just fine, both of them will be, don't think like that" I took a shaky, deep breath, and said "Thanks" "Hey, what kind of best friend would I be, if I wasn't here for my best friend?" We both sat down and waited for what seemed like forever.

I almost fell asleep, but then Jake shook me "The doctor is here" I shot up from my seat, and walked to the doctor "Is she okay?" I said I'm a hopeful voice.
